| With the continuous promotion of the coordinated development strategy of Beijing Tianjin Hebei integration,the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province has been strengthened,but there must be a side of mutual competition.Under the background of the new round of electric power reform,the degree of marketization of electric power industry is constantly improving,and the strategy of industrial coordinated development is constantly advancing.The coordination of energy resources will be an inevitable trend,and the coordination of electric power energy resources will be realized through the way of regional electric power market.China has further deepened the reform of power system,and the competition situation has begun to form in the field of power generation in China’s power industry.The development of power generation industry has a direct driving function to regional economic growth and the development of related industries.Therefore,it is of great significance to make a comparative analysis of the competitiveness of the power generation industry in the region,analyze the level of industrial development,advantages and disadvantages,formulate targeted industrial policies,optimize the industrial layout,and promote the sustainable development of the industry in the region.From the perspective of industrial economics,taking the power generation industry of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as the research object,based on the review of relevant research and further definition of relevant concepts at home and abroad,this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of power generation industry competition in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from the industrial dimension based on the basic framework of diamond model industry competitiveness analysis.Secondly,based on the comparative analysis of the current situation of power generation industry competitiveness in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,combined with the actual characteristics of the space carrier of power generation industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the evaluation index system of power generation industry competitiveness in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is constructed from different industrial chain dimensions.The projection pursuit model is introduced to comprehensively evaluate the competitiveness of power generation industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,analyze the dynamic evolution of the competitiveness of power generation industry in time dimension,and compare the advantages and disadvantages of power generation industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Moreover,based on the results of the projection pursuit model,the coupling coordination model is introduced to demonstrate the development competitiveness of the power generation industry in the region from the coordination,coupling and supply-demand development synchronization among the dimensions of the power generation industry chain.At the same time,the time series evolution of the development competitiveness of the power generation industry in the region is analyzed.Finally,on the basis of the empirical results,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei power generation industry,and then provides decision-making basis for the realization of industrial coordination,layout optimization and resource allocation of Beijing Tianjin Hebei power generation industry.Through the empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the power generation industry policy guidance role,the dynamic evolution of the influencing factors force.(2)the development of regional power generation industry is unbalanced,Hebei Province has absolute competitive advantage.(3)the coupling degree between industrial chain dimensions is low,which restricts the development of regional power generation industry.(4)there are great differences in the coupling and coordination between the dimensions of industrial chain,and Hebei Province has great development potential.(5)regional power supply and demand are in tight balance,and the competition pattern has taken shape. |
