| Xinjiang is located in the forefront of the "Silk Road Economic Belt".Since the implementation of the strategy of "one belt and one road",Xinjiang’s economic development has entered a new stage.The demand for power load in Urumqi has increased rapidly,and some lines are in an overload state.In order to solve the heavy load problem of 10 k V Futuan line in Urumqi City,this paper studies the feasibility of the heavy load line renovation project in Urumqi City,mainly analyzes the economic and social benefits that may be brought by the implementation of the heavy load line renovation project in Urumqi City,and establishes a suitable evaluation index system for the heavy load line renovation project in Urumqi city Some feasible suggestions are provided.This paper analyzes the implementation of the heavy-duty line improvement project of the Futuan line on economic,social and power supply capabilities,and establishes an appropriate evaluation index system based on the above three aspects.Based on the analysis of the actual data of each index of the Futuan heavy load renovation project,the experience and lessons are summarized to provide the decision basis for subsequent construction projects.In this paper,the subjective and objective weight determination method based on the unique reference comparison judgment method-variation coefficient method and the evaluation model of the common origin grey clustering evaluation method are used to determine the weight and evaluation weight of each index,and the comprehensive evaluation results of Urumqi urban heavy haul line renovation project are obtained.In the index weight distribution,this paper adopts the subjective and objective weight determination method based on the unique reference comparison judgment method-variation coefficient method,which not only avoids the disadvantages that the objective information of the actual evaluation data of the project or the subjective intention of the evaluation experts cannot be reflected when the weight is determined independently,but also more conforms to the characteristics and application scope of the benefit evaluation of the distribution network line reconstruction project.The comprehensive evaluation results show that the comprehensive evaluation results of heavy load Futuan line renovation project in Urumqi city are good,and the construction of the project can achieve certain results and benefits for enhancing the power supply capacity of Urumqi city.Finally,through the empirical analysis of the distribution network project,the paper puts forward some measures and suggestions for the management of heavy load line renovation project,which provides a reference for the construction of similar distribution network line renovation project. |
