| Combined with the concept of green environmental protection has become a new normal for the development of the construction industry. The pressed straw sheet is embedded into the wall with a concrete frame to form an assembled composite wall component used in village and township housing construction to achieve the dual effects of environmental protection, energy saving and load bearing. The ecological composite wall is composed of a reinforced concrete rib and an external restraint frame, and the straw sheet is embedded in the rib.In the past, scholars have rarely studied the thermal insulation performance of walls embedded with ribbed materials, focusing only on seismic performance.Such materials mainly include aerated concrete blocks, recycled lightweight aggregate blocks, etc.Relevant researches on a single straw board embedded in this type of composite wall are rarely reported. In order to clearly identify the thermal insulation and seismic performance of the ecological composite wall with embedded straw boards, the main work is as follows:(1)The heat transfer coefficient of the ecological composite wall was measured by the calibrated hot box method, and the experimental measurements and optimization analysis were verified based on the ABAQUS finite element software.(2)Composite wall was made for low-cycle reciprocating test research, and the stress process and failure state of the specimen were described. The hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, characteristic load and displacement value, displacement ductility coefficient, stiffness degradation curve, energy consumption were specifically compared. It can analyze other seismic performance indicators, indicating that that due to the configuration of the straw board, the embedded straw board ecological composite wall has a large deformation without breaking, which obviously reflects the energy dissipation effect.(3)A numerical model of composite walls were established, and its detailed modeling was explained. The load-displacement curve of the wall and the stress distribution cloud diagram of the steel bar are obtained through numerical calculation. The development characteristics of the plastic failure of the wall and the stress transmission path are visually presented.(4)Based on ABAQUS,the influence of the change of the opening position on the seismic performance of a wall of the same size while maintaining a certain opening rate was further studied.Secondly, the SCW-1 wall was used as the base model, and the height was kept constant. The effect of aspect ratio on its seismic performance. |
