In the past development,the construction industry has gradually become the pillar industry with large number of employees,large scale,low efficiency,difficult industrial upgrading,unreasonable industrial structure and low level of management.With the continuous adjustment of the industrial structure and profound changes in the profit pattern,the construction industry is transforming from the barbaric growth stage into the rational prosperity stage.Under the background of the new era,‘adjusting structure and removing production capacity’ has become the main theme.As a traditional industry with excess development,the market competition environment faced by this industry will further deteriorate.As the leading force of the construction industry,the central enterprises in China’s construction industry have made contributions in promoting infrastructure investment and employment,while it has been facing the problems such as the weak attractiveness to talents and the lack of project operation capacity of these construction enterprises because of continuous expansion of competition and the continuous change of macroeconomic policies.The central enterprises have inherent advantages such as strong financial strength and rich technical experience to change their development strategy.Now the investment business has become the most important profit-source for construction enterprises,so the research on the development strategy of investment business is of great practical significance to these enterprises.Under the background of strict control of government debt risk and financial deleveraging,the financing methods of investment business are restricted,which means this kind of business is also facing new challenges and needs a new direction of transformation.Taking the central enterprise A as an example,thethesistakes the construction industry central enterprise A company as an example to clarify the concept of corporate development strategy and corporate transformation.By consulting a large number of documents,it systematically summarizes the research situation of corporate transformation strategy,corporate life cycle theory,value chain theory,and core competitiveness theory.First,it analyzes the status quo of the construction industry central enterprise A company and its investment business,and points out the problems of the A company’s investment business in market development,industry-finance integration,operational capabilities,resource integration,talent building and development strategies.Secondly,through necessity analysis and favorable conditions analysis,the feasibility of enterprise transformation was systematically demonstrated.Finally,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze and research the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of A company’s investment business,and proposes the strategic combination of A company’s investment business.This article establishes the goals and measures for the transformation of the corporate investment business development strategy,clarifies the guiding ideology and development goals,and points out that Company A’s investment business should focus on the five core businesses of area development,urban complex,ecological and environmental protection,prefabricated construction,and asset operation.For investment business,optimize the investment field,investment structure and investment area.The three stages of clarifying the implementation steps are the construction and development period,and the business parallel period,that is,the comprehensive breakthrough period.Specific implementation measures have been formulated from the three perspectives of organization construction,capacity training,and resource integration.And put forward safeguard measures from organizational structure,financial funds,human resources,information systems and corporate culture.It is hoped that through the analysis of company A’s investment business transformation and development strategy,it can provide reference cases for the central enterprises of the same type of construction industry.
