With the advance of globalization and integration,Chinese enterprises have been growing rapidly.More and more organizations recognize the importance of talents.Respecting,valuing,developing and utilizing talents within the enterprise have become the highest priority.Grass-roots management personnel are considered as the fundamental power and guarantee in the company.They shoulder the task of fulfilling majority of the KPIs,achieving the vision and goal of the enterprise.However,most of these management personnel are promoted from technical background and lacking management skills.N company,dedicated in power system relay protection,development and production of power electronic equipment,is the undisputed leader in the industry.The company sticks to international product strategy and marketing strategy,shows a steady fast development trend.Through the past 2 decades,N company believes that talents are the most valuable asset of the company,and has developed a management and technical team characterized of pragmatism and innovation.Moreover,with the change of external competition environment and internal personnel composition(in terms of age),a higher requirement has been put forwarded,esp.in terms of managerial and communication skills for grass-roots management personnel.This paper introduces general information of N company,including HR and staff training system,carries out detailed analysis on training status and existing problems.Combined with company culture requirement,this article attempts to study and seek for a set of innovative scheme suitable for grass-roots managerial personnel training.Training demand analysis,training system design,training implementation and training effect assessment are executed,feasible and operable methods are formulated with the combination of organizational guarantee and resources guarantee.Through internalizing training course,combining training with working practices,enhancing training effects,working initiatives,self-confidence,studying and working abilities could be promoted.Through building competency model,innovating training method,conducting specific training with the aid of professional assessment,professional level of training management could be promoted.Through strengthening virtual training working group,perfecting self-healing mode of work innovation,continually optimizing training system for grass-roots management personnel,actively responding to internal and external environmental changes,making full use of HR advantages,solid talents guarantee and institutional guarantee could be provided for implementation of the company's development strategy.
