| In recent years,the development of CHINA RAILWAY Express as an important logistics and transportation corridor along the "one belt and one road" initiative has attracted much attention.Behind the leap forward development,there are still many problems in the operation of CHINA RAILWAY Express.This paper starts with the status of the train operation platform enterprises,and explores the improvement scheme of operation performance management.First,this paper introduces the basic situation of Hunan Xiangou Express Logistics Co.,Ltd.,uses literature review method and investigation analysis and other related methods to deeply analyze the train operation status.Through the comparison with other provinces’ train operation,we can find out problems.By learning from the operation and development experience of some other provinces,explores feasible measures,and then hopes to improve the operation performance management of the train.Through comparison and search,the reasons of those problems are as follows:the first is the low cost control management ability;the second is the lack of marketing;the third is the management level of the logistics of supply chain is not high.Then,the paper puts forward the principles and objectives of improving the operation performance from three angles of cost control manag ement,service marketing management and supply chain logistics management,as well as the improvement measures.Among them,service marketing management mainly includes domestic marketing plan and overseas marketing;logistics cost management mainly focuses on logistics cost analysis,cost daily control,measures to reduce operation cost,etc.;the optimization of supply chain logistics system mainly includes four aspects: customer classification management,supply chain partner classification and supply chain service management,and establishment of supply chain logistics service evaluation system.Finally,the paper puts forward the implementation and guarantee of operation performance management improvement of Hunan Xiangou Express Logistics Co.,Ltd.Finally,the paper puts forward the implementation and guarantee of operation performance management improvement of Hunan Xiangou Express Logistics Co.,Ltd.,and estimates the possible effect of the improvement measures.The paper concludes that Hunan Xiangou Express Logistics Co.,Ltd.can strengthen the cost control management by promoting the integration of logistics infrastructure,strengthening the distribution of goods sources,actively combining trains and so on.A series of measures,such as actively e xpanding the scope of train transportation,exploring potential customers,cooperating with foreign investment enterprises to carry out business,establishing overseas warehouses,etc.,will promote the effectiveness of train marketing.Finally,through di fferent types of customers and service providers,as well as developing personalized supply chain logistics services and train functions,the train supply chain management is strengthened.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the relevant management departments of Hunan Xiangou Express Logistics Co.,Ltd.,and then put forward some suggestions for the operation and management of CHINA RAILWAY Express. |
