With the development of global industrialization 4.0 and C hina Manufacturing2025,the global manufacturing market competition is becoming more and more fierce,and if the high-end manufacturing enterprises of science and technology want to gain the advantage,they must maintain the competitive advantage in produ ct innovation.As the basic platform of product innovation,the management of product development process plays a key role in the effectiveness and efficiency of enterprise product development.Therefore,to design a set of efficient product development pro cess and improve the efficiency of R&D is a problem that the enterprise R&D management must face and solve.This paper takes Winins Medical Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object,analyzes the product development process of the company through questio nnaire and interview,and finds that the product development process of the company lacks structural design,detailed design of stages,steps,tasks and activities,which can not guide the product development at all.According to the actual situation and ca pability maturity of the company,a set of structured product development process is redesigned by using the related methods of IPD mode and benchmarking optimization method.The product development process is divided into seven stages,including charter,concept,plan,development,validation,release and life cycle.Each stage is designed in detail through hierarchical and step-by-step steps to define the stages,tasks,activities,clear responsibilities of the main role of the activity,supporting the design of their own templates,examples,checklist elements and deliverables template.After the product development process is structured and designed detailedly,project pilot and PDCA optimization are carried out by the changing project management,implementation is carried out by training and process guidance strategies and incentive strategies,and supporting organizational structure adjustment,process management and audit system,it process solidification and other safeguard measures are implemented.The design and implementation of product development process based on IPD model is of great significance to the improvement of enterprise management level,which can reduce the influence of human factors on product development,and can reduce the over-reliance of the product development process on individual ability.It is believed that the implementation of this project will further help enterprises to improve product quality and improve product development efficiency.The R&D of medical enterprises in China has a lot in common.Therefore,The research on the design of product development process has a certain guidance and reference significance for improving product development management system and the standardization of quality regulation system.
