Growing in recent years,the global environmental problems,our country also started to attention to nature and the environment protection in this context,as a clean energy of the wind power industry has broad prospects in the future,therefore,to survive in the fierce competition environment and development,to keep up with the trend of The Times,use a more scientific management methods,references in the process of management in modern management style However,due to the wind power enterprise starts late,management mechanism is still not mature enough and due to the characteristics of the new energy industry,in the process of using traditional performance appraisal system,JF corporation management knowledge of company management is not perfect enough,therefore,although in corporate performance management has been improved,but still can not give full play to the role of the performance appraisal system,therefore,in order to gain long-term development in the fierce competition,the need to establish conforms to the current situation of the development of wind power industry and the company performance evaluation system,thus effectively promote the development of the company.Taking JF corporation performance appraisal management as the research object,based on the theory of performance appraisal,to the company’s performance appraisal system based on the balanced scorecard to build first,according to the performance appraisal status quo of JF corporation is analyzed,through the performance evaluation related theory,further puts forward to applying the balanced scorecard to the company’s performance management;Then,analyze the status and internal management of the company’s performance appraisal are studied,by means of interview and questionnaire survey found JF corporation performance evaluation is not perfect,in terms of performance appraisal content range is narrow,and the index system design is unreasonable,can’t play the role of staff motivation;Again,will be introduced to the balanced scorecard JF corporation new performance evaluation system,formulate relevant performance indicators,financial customer internal business processes based on the learning and growth four dimensions accordingly index set at the same time combined with expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process to construct the consistency index finally,aiming at the current performance appraisal appraisal way too general,excessive emphasis on financial indicators to ignore the unit interior employee problems such as the growth of JF corporation is put forward based on the balanced scorecard method of the implementation of the performance appraisal system and performance appraisal improvement measures.
