| The large-scale construction of coastal cities in China started at the end of last century.Due to the lack of understanding of the rapid development of urban parking demand, the standards and policies of supporting parking facilities in urban buildings do not reflect the corresponding development level, which makes parking problem increasingly become a common problem in the process of urban construction.Parking problems cause traffic congestion, environmental pollution and other problems.According to the data, the current parking problem in major cities is mainly manifested as the imbalance of parking space.During working hours, the residential area has more free berths and the adjacent employment area is difficult to find one, while after work, the employment area has more free berths and the adjacent residential area has less free berths. In order to solve the parking problem, many scholars put forward the shared parking model, that is,by virtue of the development of the Internet, the parking space resources in idle residential areas are systematically integrated, and the wrong peak is opened to the relevant employment area personnel.By analyzing various factors affecting berth sharing matching, this paper determines the evaluation index system of berth sharing matching, and establishes the evaluation model of decisionmaking system based on extenics. Then the case analysis is carried out,According to the taxi order data of Yinzhou district,Jiangbei district and Haishu district in Ningbo, the evaluation model was used to calculate the shared matching degree of parking spaces in each parking area, and the parking spaces were ranked from high to low according to the evaluation results. Finally, according to the calculation results,Gulou street,Yuehu street and Fuming street were randomly selected for verification, and it was found that Gulou street and Yuehu street were suitable for berth sharing, while Fuming street was not suitable for berth sharing. This result is consistent with the evaluation result of this paper. Therefore, the matching model established in this paper can effectively judge whether parking area is suitable for berth sharing. |
