| At present,the process of urbanization and motorization is accelerating in China,and the problem of urban parking is mainly manifested in the shortage of parking resources and the mismatch of space-time resources.Parking berth sharing meeting the differences of parking demand in time and space is an effective way to improve the utilization rate of parking resources by serving two or more adjacent lands with a parking lot,integrating and optimizing parking berths of buildings with two or more land types.At the same time,under the current level of urban economic development and the trend of intensification,more and more urban complexes emerge as the times require,with large volumes,rich business functions,sufficient parking resources and a large number of idle berth.In order to effectively deal with the problem of urban parking and improve the utilization rate of existing parking berths,this paper takes shared parking as a means to share the vacant parking spaces of urban complexes and studies the window opening rules in the specific implementation process of parking space sharing,including the time of opening window and the number of opening berths.Firstly,parking drivers are selected as the research objects,and the influencing factors affecting their choice of parking lot are determined through questionnaire survey.By analyzing the drivers’ willingness to choose shared parking lot of urban complexes,it is found that parking users have high acceptance and willingness to shared parking spaces in urban complexes.The subjective conditions for the implementation of shared parking are met.And the logistic parking selection probability model is established;Secondly,parking characteristics of urban complex on weekdays and weekends are analyzed based on parking survey data and the parking characteristics are summarized from four aspects: parking accessing,parking space occupancy,parking time and parking turnover rate.It is found that the indexes change smoothly in different working days and the parking characteristics have similar change rules.The objective conditions for the implementation of shared parking are met;Then,the existing spare parking berth prediction models are arranged and analyzed,and their serviceability,advantages and disadvantages are appraised.According to the parking characteristics in urban complexes,a Gray-Markov prediction model is selected,and the data fitting is carried out with an actual case to verify the effectiveness;Finally,based on the two constraints of spare berth and parking time,and considering the management cost of operators,the opening rules of shared parking windows of urban complexes are proposed,including the determination of start and end time and opening quantity.Taking the practical case application as an example,the open window of sharing parking lot is determined to verify the feasibility of the rule.For shared parking,this paper determines the feasibility of sharing parking spaces in urban complexes and puts forward the judgment rules of shared parking window based on the parking characteristics of urban complexes and the willingness of parking drivers to choose shared parking lots of urban complexes.From the perspective of parking operation managers,comprehensively consider the management cost,so as to determine the opening number.It provides guidance for the practical application of shared parking and strategic support for the implementation of sharing berth in urban complexes.In the actual implementation process of berth sharing of urban complexes,the parking lot operators can determine the specific opening time and the number of shared berths based on the balance of revenue and expenditure,so as to improve the operation stability of shared parking lot.It can also enhance the utilization rate and upgrade their services of the parking facilities in urban complexes.Traffic congestion in the region is relieved and the difficult dilemma of urban parking is solved. |
