The Study Of The Balance Characteristics Of Job And Housing In Nanning City

With the development of urbanization,the living and employment behaviors of most city will cause city life problems such as traffic congestion,poor city residents’ happiness index and environmental pollution.Studying the space of city’s residence and employment is beneficial to finding out the internal motive force of promoting city development,and providing a practical reference for solving city traffic problems and land use problems,and providing theoretical basis for realizing the sustainable development of city.From the perspective of urban geography,this study analyzes the morphological changes of residential space and employment space,the activity density of residential areas and employment areas in the high-tech zone,quantitatively analyzes the data such as land classification and urban road network in the relevant planning of Nanning and the high-tech zone,and applies Arc GIS,CAD and other software to analyze the nuclear density of citizen activities and various spatial elements of the city Cluster analysis,superposition analysis and other spatial correlation analysis were conducted to establish the segregation index and the distribution model of job and residence relationship in high-tech zones.Combined with the form of questionnaire,the data of four aspects of the basic attributes,housing situation,employment situation and commuter situation in the high-tech sample survey sample were analyzed,and the main factors of separation of occupation and residence in high tech Zone were analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn: the spatial pattern of residence and employment activities in high-tech zones is basically similar,and occupation activities are closely linked with transportation.The spatial pattern of occupation and occupation is mainly influenced by the distribution of educational resources and the layout of transportation space.Commuting efficiency is an important factor affecting the separation of jobs and housing.The surrounding facilities and the convenience of living are important factors affecting the living and employment of high-tech zones.Based on the above conclusions,the paper proposes corresponding optimization ideas from the perspective of city planning.If city comprehensive traffic planning is combined,the bus pilot zone of the high tech Zone should be delineated.We should strengthen the guiding advantages of relevant policies on housing and employment in the area,optimize the composition of occupation and residence in the area,and ensure the balance of occupation and living space.Strengthen city supporting construction,improve educational resources,ensure the convenience of residential area and employment.We should optimize traffic management policies and strengthen residents’ awareness of green travel.So as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the relationship between the high and new districts,and provide reference for related fields.
