| With China’s economy moving towards the new normal,the industrial structure is facing transformation and upgrading,and the slogan of "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation",creative industries play an increasingly important role in the process of de capacity,de inventory,and making up for weaknesses.Promoting industrial upgrading and transformation through creative innovation has become the focus of promoting supply side reform and development in China’s economy entering the new normal One of the important factors.In this context,the traditional industrial areas in major cities are in decline.Abandoned industrial buildings need to be demolished or rebuilt for reuse.Under the call of the State Council to promote the development of innovative tertiary industry and the intensive and economical use of land,local governments have successively issued policies to encourage the reuse of idle old industrial plants and warehouses into creative industrial parks,which provides a new direction for the reuse of old industrial buildings in the post industrial era,and provides a large number of office space carriers for the development of creative industries.On this premise,this paper selects the idle or abandoned old industrial buildings in the city in the post industrial era as the research object,summarizes the functional layout,spatial characteristics and enterprise crowd orientation of creative office space,and studies the compatibility and influencing factors of the reuse of old industrial buildings as creative office space Finally,the design principles and strategies in the process of reuse design are discussed systematically and comprehensively.This paper is mainly divided into four parts,a total of seven chapters.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the first chapter,the introduction chapter,raises the question.The first chapter introduces the background of the research,searches for the phenomenon problems reflected in this background,analyzes the key of the problem and explores the solution direction of the problem.The significance,current situation and method framework of the research are also clarified.The second part is the second and the third chapter,which analyzes the problems.The second chapter is the basic research content.Firstly,it expounds the type characteristics and development status of the reuse of the old industrial buildings;secondly,it studies the creative office space,analyzes the basic concept,functional positioning and crowd positioning of the creative office space,the types and functional module classification of the creative office space,and the basic characteristics of the creative office space;finally,the reuse of the old industrial buildings for the creative type Research on the fit of office space and its influencing factors.The third chapter is the investigation of the current situation of the examples.It studies the composition,area,layout and use status of the selected six examples,summarizes the function organization form and space division method;carries out interview and questionnaire survey on the daily use of functional space by creative workers,investigates the satisfaction and demand,and finally summarizes the problems in the investigation.The third part is the fourth and fifth chapter,which is to solve the problem.The fourth chapter is the theory and principle of the reuse of creative old industrial buildings.According to the problems reflected in the investigation,namely cost,function,space,office area layout and image characteristics,five principles are proposed,namely system linkage principle,cost control principle,function compound principle,creative stimulation principle and cultural characteristic principle.The fifth chapter is the reuse strategy of the old industrial buildings facing the creative office space.The corresponding problems and principles put forward the cost control strategy based on hierarchical utilization,the functional organization strategy based on composite utilization,the structure and space adaptability strategy based on appropriate technology,the office space layout strategy based on flexible layout and the architectural image design strategy based on cultural characteristics.The fourth part is the sixth and seventh chapters.The sixth chapter takes the reuse of building 7 in a design creative industrial park as an example to conduct an empirical study.The seventh chapter summarizes the full text,puts forward the conclusion and summarizes the deficiencies and prospects. |
