Study On Risk Management Of Expressway PPP Project Construction

With the rapid development of infrastructure construction in our country,highway under PPP mode has become more and more popular in engineering practice.The introduction of PPP mode can not only broaden financing channels and reduce financial pressure,but also improve the efficiency of highway project construction,operation and management and promote the rapid development of highways in China.Considering the characteristics of highway PPP project such as long construction period,huge scale,large capital demand,and many technical and safety problems,the highway PPP project construction faces various uncertain risk factors,therefore,how to carry out scientific risk management research on highway PPP project construction has become the key to the success of highway construction and operation under PPP mode.This paper first discusses the current situation of domestic and foreign highway PPP project construction research,the connotation of PPP mode,analyzes the feasibility of PPP mode applied to highway construction,and combs the risk management process of highway PPP project construction.Secondly,taking XY Expressway in Hebei Province as an example,the risk factors of PPP project construction of XY Expressway are identified and analyzed.Then,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to establish a fuzzy evaluation model to determine that the risk of XY highway PPP project construction is at a medium level,and specific suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the risk management of XY highway PPP project construction,which has important practical significance.
