Real Estate Project Development Application Research Of BIM Technology

In recent years,the government has been regulating the real estate market,the rise of house prices has been controlled,and the long-term development mechanism of the real estate industry has been initially established.In the 14 th five year plan,we continue to adhere to the regulation and control policy of "no speculation in housing and housing,and implement the policy of" three red lines ".In addition to requiring real estate enterprises to reduce debt,it also limits the amount of financing.Without the support of external funds,enterprises must rely on their own" hard skills "to earn money and reduce prices in a short period of time.In the long run,it is a test of the soft power of real estate enterprise management.Through the carding of business lines of real estate enterprises,the application for approval and construction of projects runs through the whole life cycle of the project.The working procedures are complex and all links are closely connected,and the work is difficult.The traditional thinking of submitting for approval and construction is bound to affect the fast turnover development of the project.In this paper,through the application of BIM Technology in the construction project development and application,in order to promote the real estate enterprises to improve the core competitiveness,the main contents are as follows:(1)Through the references,this paper combs the application process of real estate enterprises and the application and development of BIM Technology at home and abroad,and concludes the gap between the current construction application process and information technology of real estate enterprises;(2)Based on the analysis of the development of the current pilot cities in China using BIM system to examine and approve construction projects,this paper explores the construction of BIM application process for Xuzhou real estate projects;(3)In this context,and from the two dimensions of government and enterprise how to deal with the analysis,in order to provide ideas for Xuzhou in the future using BIM Technology for construction project application and implementation.BIM Technology Used in construction project approval and construction management system will further improve the construction efficiency and intelligent level of construction projects.
