Study On Water Navigation Management Of Three Gorges Project On The Yangtze River

The Yangtze River Basin,as one of the most developed regions in my country’s economic industry and science and technology,has a very important economic value and strategic position,rely on the major decision-making deployment of the Yangtze River golden waterway to promote the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and take the road of ecological priority and green development.The waters of the Three Gorges Project on the Yangtze River,as a key node and an important part of the golden waterway of the Yangtze River,are important navigable waters running through the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River,it has become a link connecting the development of the central and western regions of my country,an important link to promote the economic and social development of the Yangtze River,and provides new support for the coordinated development of the whole country.This article starts from the perspective of improving the navigation management level of the Three Gorges Project in the Yangtze River,using comparative analysis,literature analysis and other methods,using public management,public service concepts and navigation management knowledge,combined with the current needs of the Three Gorges Project waterway navigation management,find out the problems in the Three Gorges Project waterway navigation management and analyze the causes of the problems,mainly including factors such as inadequate management mechanism,shortage of navigation resources,and insufficient awareness of public services,we further pointed out that by constructing a navigation management mechanism,deepening comprehensive safety management,optimizing navigation resources,increasing resource sharing,and enhancing public Service capacity and other corresponding specific measures to solve.Improve the level of general aviation management,establish public management awareness,and build a harmonious and unified new mode of general aviation management to give play to the role of the new support and new link of the Yangtze River economy.The research results of this article are of positive significance to promote the improvement of the navigation management level of the Three Gorges Project water area,and further promote the construction of the Yangtze River golden waterway and the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
