The Research Of Railway Freight Transportation To Develop To Modern Logistics

With the sustained and rapid development of China’s national economy, gradually improving the market economy system, railway freight traffic organization started, and the requirements for the comprehensive deepening reform of third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee, it made clearly the point that if railway enterprise is unable to keep up with the situation of economic development, still take the old freight organization and service mode, it has steadily been losing market share and be driven out of the market sooner or later.Firstly, this paper analyzes the necessity of railway freight expanding modern logistics,summarizes the domestic and foreign researches, and analyzes how the railway transformation operation to modern logistics. Through the definition and characteristics of railway freight to analyze the current situation and existing problems of railway freight, and focuses on the analysis of some experts and scholars for the current status of the domestic thinking and achievement, and puts forward the ideas and methods of this study.Secondly, this paper discusses the theory of modern logistics. It mainly introduces the basic theory of modern logistics, modern logistics information technology development and the present situation of the railway freight. And then, it summarizes and analyzes the experience of international logistics enterprise. From the shortcut transportation products,multimodal transportation, the overall planning of logistics center, and upgrading of information system of other aspects, summarized its advantages and lessons by listing the railway companies such as Germany, the United States corresponding practice in the development of modern logistics.Through the analysis of the domestic other logistics enterprise’s basic practices of modern logistics, such as JiaJi logistics, DeBang logistics enterprise, Zhongtiexingbao logistics enterprise,that implemented a niche market,value-added business development, form a strategic alliance and integrated resources measures in the development of modern logistics,this paper comprehensive analysis of its speed up the transformation to modern logistics, how the way to improve the market share.Later, this paper focuses on the expansion process and measures of the railway freight transformation to modern logistics. Hohhot railway bureau as the national railway freight reform pilot and pioneer has certain representativeness. According to the present situation of the freight station and their layout, logistics park, the informatization construction, and themeasures since freight reform, such as providing "one-stop" full service chain, taking change numerous for brief business model to facilitating the clients, data was statistically achievements of breakthrough and reform of freight. On this basis, this paper forecasts the development of freight volumes of Hohhot railway bureau for the next three years, as Hohhot railway bureau to the success of the transformation to modern logistics.Finally, based on the above analysis, according to the present problems of Hohhot railway bureau, this paper puts forward the corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures that how to speed up railway enterprises to modern logistics.
