Under the general trend of globalization,the rapid urbanization has brought a lot of energy consumption in buildings.According to the annual report on building energy consumption issued by the China Building Energy Conservation Association,the construction industry is the industry that accounts for a relatively large energy consumption in my country.Energy shortage,limited environmental carrying capacity,reducing building energy consumption and increasing the utilization rate of renewable energy are of great significance in energy consumption.This combines the climatic characteristics of hot and humid summer and cold and humid winter in the hot summer and cold winter zone,taking residential buildings in Taizhou,Zhejiang Province as an example,to study the design strategy of near zero energy consumption residential buildings,and to get the implement ability strategy of near zero energy residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone.Due to its unique climatic characteristics in hot summer and cold winter zone,energysaving building design must consider heat insulation and shading to cool down in summer,and heating by heat preservation and cold protection in winter.Through the design measures of near-zero energy buildings,the transition season is extended,the time for cooling and heating in summer is shortened,and the active energy consumption in summer and winter is reduced,and certain environmental benefits are achieved.Through reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,analyzing the existing building cases,summarizing the applicable implementable strategies according to the climate characteristics of hot summer and cold winter zone,mainly including the optimization of the external protective structure,the improvement of the performance of doors and windows,shading,natural ventilation,the use of renewable energy,etc.Improve the thermal characteristics of the outer wall and outer window enclosure structure,optimize the performance of the outer window,make full use of natural ventilation,and use the shading technology for the south-facing window,which can greatly reduce the cooling energy consumption.Improve the utilization of renewable energy,sustainable and environmentally friendly.In the case of Taizhou,Zhejiang,the application and effect of the design strategies summarized above are analyzed and continuously optimized,and a comprehensive summary is summarized to obtain suitable passive design strategies,active energy systems and renewable energy systems.It has the significance of reference and guidance for the practice of near-zero energy buildings under the same climatic conditions.
