| According to statistics,at present,60% of the total construction area of our country comes from the civil buildings in the countryside,the total area is as high as 24 billion ㎡,China has 900 million farmers,the amount of houses built in the countryside will be four times that of the city,covering a wide area,the construction demand is mostly beyond our imagination.In 2017,the 19 th national congress of the People’s Republic of China put forward the "rural revitalization strategy",providing new opportunities for China to improve rural living environment and enhance rural strategic status.In fact,rural houses have always been self-built,which has never stopped.However,due to the lag of rural land approval policy and the confusion of rural buildings,the research on rural selfowned houses has been difficult to be elegant,and there are few researches on rural self-owned houses.At present,the theoretical guidance and technical practice of rural self-owned housing are far behind the construction speed of villages,so it is urgent to carry out theoretical research on rural construction.This paper takes the rural self-owned housing in the west of guangdong as the research object and puts forward the demonstration construction plan of self-owned housing in the west of guangdong.Firstly,starting from the "rural revitalization strategy",this paper investigates the general situation of population flow and growth,land policy and villagers’ willingness to build houses in western guangdong,and understands the construction status and problems of self-owned houses.Through questionnaires and interviews,field research was conducted on three villages in western guangdong to understand the demands of local villagers,investigate the willingness of villagers to build new houses,their satisfaction with existing houses,and their understanding and cognition of traditional village culture.The author thinks that to solve the rural home ownership construction such as "thousand village side" issue,the need to search for answers from the traditional local-style dwelling houses in west of guangdong province,in summarizes the traditional local-style dwelling houses in west development history and present situation,quantity and distribution characteristics,analyzes the types and characteristics of traditional villages,and concluded from these characteristics for use in imitation and on new houses.Through the analysis of the two of them respectively and government planning mode of housing projects,points out that the need to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of these two approaches,and used in the rural home ownership,flexibility in design patterns,building structure,construction technology,building energy conservation,and decorative component five aspects to the construction of demonstrative yuexi area rural home ownership scheme are proposed. |
