Study On The Aging Improvement Of Existing Multi-storey Residential Buildings In Xi’an

Since 1999,my country has officially become an aging country.According to national statistics,the total number of elderly people aged 60 and over reached 230 million at the end of 2016,accounting for 16.7% of the total population of my country.In 2020,my country’s aging population will reach 248 million,and it will increase year by year.In order to cope with the aging population,my country has proposed the "9073" pension pattern.According to this plan,there will be more than 220 million elderly in the family to provide for the elderly.At present,most of the elderly who live at home are mostly living in multi-storey houses with early construction,large stocks,and good building quality.However,it is gradually unable to realize the elderly living in old age in terms of indoor space layout,unit entrances and exits,and vertical transportation.Demand.In order to meet the living needs of the elderly,it is neither economically realistic nor environmentally friendly to carry out the demolition and construction of multi-story houses,and the necessary aging renovation of such houses can continue to maintain the use value of the houses and save social resources.It is also a subject worthy of study since China entered the aging society.This article takes the city-type existing multi-storey houses in Xi’an as the research object,and on the premise of summarizing the common types of urban-type existing multi-storey houses in China,conducts a field investigation on the representative existing multi-storey houses in the main urban area of Xi’an,Analyze the common problems of insufficient aging in the single space level,the package level,the unit public transportation level and the building single level of these residences,such as the indoor space layout makes the space cramped,and the indoor furniture is not easy for the elderly to use.Problems such as low degree of connection of the functional space in the suite,lack of barrier-free facilities in the unit space,inconvenient transportation in the vertical space,and outdated image of the building facade.Through the interpretation of China’s current design regulations on residential architecture for the elderly,combined with many of our country’s elderly housing design works,summarize their experience.On this basis,the appropriate aging transformation method for the specific content of the single space level,the package level,the unit public transport level and the building single level in the urban existing multi-storey residential suites in Xi’an area is proposed,and the corresponding cases of the selected cases are combined.At the level,the practice of makingsuitable aging transformation design will be used systematically.
