| With the development of China’s economy,there are more and more construction projects.Modern engineering construction projects generally have the characteristics of large investment,long construction period,many participants and complex intermediate process.Therefore,the management of large-scale engineering projects becomes more and more important and complex.How to establish a comprehensive,scientific and easy to operate comprehensive evaluation system of engineering project management effect and control the effect of engineering project management as a whole has become a hot issue of engineering project management and an important part of improving enterprise management ability.In this paper,combined with a power company’s large-scale overhead line access to the ground engineering project,using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the project management effect is comprehensively evaluated.In this paper,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied to the decision-making of the urban power grid overhead line ground reconstruction project.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to divide the indexes of the overhead line ground reconstruction project and provide the basis.Then,the comprehensive evaluation of the reconstruction object is carried out,and the compliance indexes of the overhead line ground entry project of company a are relatively satisfactory,and the schedule indexes and safety indexes are listed The present situation is good,but there is still a certain distance from the high-quality project in general.Based on the evaluation results,some measures are put forward to improve the project quality,such as standardized management,improving the quality level of project participants,organization innovation management,promoting scientific and technological innovation management and using modern management software to improve the management efficiency,which provides a strong basis for the reconstruction project。This study presents the theory and method of comprehensive evaluation of overhead line entry projects,which provides a theoretical reference for the construction of comprehensive evaluation index system and the implementation of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods.At the same time,this study provides some guidance for the evaluation index system of large-scale engineering management projects,and enriches the theory of project evaluation system construction. |
