In the context of building energy efficiency and green development concepts, rural building energy efficiency has become a hot issue in China in recent years.Improving the living environment of rural houses, improving comfort, improving energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption have become a key task in rural construction today.Shiyan area of Hubei is located at the junction of the hot summer and cold winter regions and the cold region. The winter is cold and the summer is hot.Rural houses consume a lot of energy for heating in winter and cooling in summer. In order to solve the problem of excessive energy consumption of local rural houses, and provide design strategies and solutions for local energy-saving rural houses and even low-energy rural houses, this paper conducts research from the following aspects:First of all,the rural areas in shiyan area were investigated on the spot.Through questionnaire survey, field surveying and mapping, the general situation of rural houses in shiyan, thermal comfort, energy consumption and local building materials were learned, and the problems to be solved were found. We tested the indoor thermal environment of farm houses in winter and summer to provide data for subsequent energy consumption simulation studies.Secondly, the software DeST was used for modeling research to simulate energy consumption, and specific energy consumption indexes of energy-saving rural houses and low-energy rural houses were formulated. Then we analyze the influence of the main thermal design factors on the residential energy consumption.Based on the conclusion of factor analysis, experiments and energy consumption simulation are carried out to propose the thermal optimization goal of energy-saving rural housing, and the selection table of thermal design scheme is given in combination with specific construction practices. Finally,in order to further achieve the goal of low energy consumption rural housing design,we further study the thermal design optimization scheme. Finally,we study the selection of local renewable energy technology to further reduce the overall energy consumption of the farm house.According to the research, the common farm house in shiyan area is two-story brick and concrete structure residence, which is mostly in the form of three-square room and two-depth,rectangular plane, sloping roof, wall, roof and window frame are basically simple materials, and no special thermal insulation materials are selected.According to the investigation, the indoor temperature in winter is cold, and the temperature in summer is hot.The indoor humidity and wind speed are acceptable. The annual energy consumption of rural residential heating and cooling is large. In the software DeST,the energy consumption of the typical farm house is very large. The specific energy consumption indexes suitable for local energy-saving rural houses and low-energy rural houses are:the cumulative load of residential buildings per unit area throughout the year is 43kwh/m~2 and 30kwh/m~2.The residential energy consumption is related to the thermal design factors such as heat transfer coefficient of the outer sheath structure, building orientation and building shading.Through the analysis of orthogonal test method, the multi-factor combination scheme can achieve the energy consumption target of energy-saving agriculture and housing well.According to the conclusion of multi-factor analysis and the practice of local common building materials, the selection table of energy-saving thermal design scheme for rural residential buildings, newly built and rebuilt, which is suitable for different peasant households is drawn. In order to achieve the goal of low energy consumption rural housing through further thermal design scheme, the selection table of local low energy consumption rural housing thermal design scheme was developed.
