With the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and the implementation of new energy vehicle development policies,the connection between urban and rural areas has become closer,urban and rural public transport has developed rapidly,and urban and rural new energy buses also occupy a place in the urban and rural public transport system.The reasonable layout of the new energy urban-rural bus line network has very important practical significance for improving the operation efficiency and service quality of the urban-rural bus system.How to properly match new energy buses with urban and rural bus lines within a limited cruising range to solve the problems of low density of urban and rural bus lines,long travel time of urban and rural residents,and high operating costs of bus companies,urgently need to be resolved.Therefore,based on the above problems,this paper studies the optimal layout of the new energy urban-rural public transit network by establishing an optimized model of the new energy urban-rural public transit network and combining the examples of Huazhou District in Weinan City,Shaanxi Province.First of all,through an in-depth analysis of the new energy urban-rural public transport situation and the travel characteristics of urban and rural residents,it provides certain basic data support for the optimization of the new energy urban-rural public transit network.Secondly,the theory of urban and rural public transport demand forecast is analyzed.When predicting the population of urban and rural areas,due to the special geographical location of urban and rural areas,this paper uses the GM(1,1)model and the Malthus model to predict the urban population and the township population;Join the influence factor of urban and rural new energy bus ownership,and use Trans CAD software to make a reasonable prediction of the demand of new energy urban and rural bus passenger flow.Thirdly,research on the optimization model of new energy urban-rural public transportation network.In this paper,whether to transfer is the decision variable,and the shortest travel time of passengers and the lowest operating cost of public transport companies are the optimization goals.The new energy urban and rural bus network optimization model is constructed,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,an example analysis.Taking Huazhou District,Weinan City,Shaanxi Province as an example,the new energy urban-rural bus line network optimization model built in combination.In the Python programming software,the improved genetic algorithm is used to simulate and solve,and the near-term,medium-term and long-term new energy urban and rural bus line network optimization plan is obtained.At the same time,the evaluation method proposed in this paper is used to evaluate the network optimization scheme.Research indicates: The reasonable combination of new energy buses and urban and rural bus lines will improve the density of urban and rural bus lines,the travel time of urban and rural residents,and the operating costs of bus companies within a limited range.That verifies the validity of the model constructed in this paper,and has practical application value.
