| The expressway is the first capital of society,and its construction has greatly promoted the development of the transportation industry and China’s national economy,and improved people’s living standards.However,due to the scale and network of the expressway,the professionalism and complexity of the operating enterprise itself,and the concept of "modernization of governance system and governance capability" and "traffic power",it is bound to bring more The complex operating environment has made the company’s operational risks increasing and risk decision-making more difficult.Therefore,this paper analyzes the risk factors existing in the operation process of expressway operating enterprises in China,and constructs a risk management system with risk early-warning as the core,so as to improve the risk management level of expressway operating enterprises and reduce operational risks.Based on the risk management theory,enterprise risk management theory,early-warning theory and control theory,this paper studies the operation risk early-warning and control of expressway operating enterprises by means of literature research,AHP and empirical analysis.Firstly,through the analysis of the business objectives and characteristics of expressway enterprises,the risk factors faced by the enterprises in the operation process are identified and the risk-warning index system is constructed.Secondly,based on the grey prediction model,the operation risk-warning model of expressway enterprises is constructed,and the applicability of the model is verified by empirical research.Finally,from the aspects of risk response special measures and risk control organization system,the operational risks of expressway operating enterprises are comprehensively controlled.It is hoped that the study of this paper can improve the level of enterprise risk management,provide guidance for the scientific decision-making of enterprises,promote the steady development of enterprise operation management,and thus improve the operation efficiency. |
