In the late 1990s,Chinese construction companies'foreign contracted projects have been developing rapidly.China put forward the "One Belt and One Road" strategic plan in 2013.In the foreseeable future,the proportion of Chinese construction companies in international engineering projects will increase.However,in recent years,Chinese enterprises have also suffered huge losses in the contracting of international engineering projects.Due to the weak awareness of risk warning and incomplete risk identification from our contractors during the implementation of international engineering projects,it is easy to cause risk accidents in the implementation of projects.Therefore,whether or not the risk of international engineering projects can be effectively alerted is the key to the successful completion of the project.First of all,the thesis analyzes the characteristics and risk characteristics of international engineering projects by consulting lots of domestic and foreign references.At the same time,it elaborates the risk early warning and risk management theory,and introduces the process of risk early warning for international engineering projects.Secondly,through careful analysis of authoritative documents and typical cases,identifying risk factors based on literatures and cases analysis.By using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)establishes the index screening model,the primary selection table is screened.The risk early warning indicator system was established with the index after screening.And the indicators were checked for reliability.Then the factosr analysis and entropy weight method are used to empower the index combination;using the risk matrix method to determine the risk level of the qualitative index;using the grey GM(1,1)prediction model to determine the risk level of the quantitative index.And then,the whole project risk early warning model for international engineering projects based on fuzzy matter element analysis was established.Finally,taking the South Sudan N international project as an example,the feasibility of the risk early warning model is studied,and the risk response strategy is put forward in view of the project alarm.Through the research on the risk early warning of international engineering projects from the perspective of the contractor,the article build the international construction project risk early warning indicator system and the early warning model,which provides a certain reference for the establishment of risk early warning systems for Chinese enterprises when contracting international engineering projects.
