| Highways are an important part of the national economy and the main force for building a social economy.Road transport plays a vital role in the economic development of Congo(Brazzaville).Once the shape of the public road is determined,it is difficult to make changes,and the shape of the highway also determines the safety of the car and the quality of the traffic.After completion,the economic value,comfort,and safety level of the highway depend on the quality of the linear design of the highway at the design stage.The operational quality and traffic safety of highways depend on the selection of route index parameters and design methods in the design process.When designing highways,it is necessary not only to give full consideration to the construction conditions of highways,but also to comprehensively consider many factors such as national conditions and concepts.It is necessary to constantly accumulate experience from practice,absorb new concepts and ideas,and change design concepts.It is necessary to ensure the flexibility of the design and avoid blind and rigid application of specifications.There is an urgent need to establish a technical standard system that meets Congolese national conditions,takes safety as the core,and functions as the guidance.The thesis introduces and analyzes the national conditions of Congo(Brazzaville),including natural and geographical conditions,environmental protection,land policies,highway traffic characteristics,and highway construction investment and financing policies.The French side can be used in the design of highway grades.Using the method of comparative research,a comprehensive and systematic comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the design concept,function,design control parameters,plane design indicators,cross-sectional design indicators and longitudinal section design indicators of China-France-US highways was carried out.For the calculation method of traffic volume and the classification of traffic volume,please refer to the Chinese Design Code,because the conversion method of highway design vehicles in China has a stronger adaptability to the Congo(Brazzaville).Straight line length index Congo(Brazzaville)can refer to the Chinese method,which is based on the design speed;the design of the circular curve and the transition curve,considering the characteristics of the planar line shape that greatly affects driving safety,it is recommended to refer to the Chinese experience.For the selection of longitudinal slope index,considering the project cost status,a larger longitudinal slope value is appropriate.Its characteristic is that it can effectively reduce the amount of engineering.Here,we can refer to the US Green Paper;on the other hand,the longitudinal slope length and The selection of these two aspects of the vertical curve of the Congo(Brazzaville)can draw on China’sexperience in longitudinal slopes;in terms of horizontal and vertical coordination,lessons should be learned from the experience of China and France.For the two sections of the cross section and the central separation zone,Congo(Brazzaville)can learn from China and France;for the design of road arches,the French experience in this area has a high reference value for Congo(Brazzaville),allowing for an appropriate increase in the road The number of arch lines to ensure the drainage effect of the highway;for ultra-high design,it is recommended to refer to the Chinese experience.On this basis,combined with the national conditions analysis of Congo(Brazzaville)and the problems existing in highway construction,a technical index system of Congo(Brazzaville)highway routes were established and a simple design example. |
