The Risk Management Research About X Railway Communication System Integration Project Of A Company

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,China’s railway construction has developed rapidly.Science and technology continue to progress.Railway construction project investment scale,construction speed and technical level are showing different characteristics of the past.The demand for rail communications systems in rail operations is also changing and improving.This poses a great challenge to the railway communications system integrator,how to meet the needs of the railway development,how to deal with the risks brought about by the changes in demand to become an important problem for integrators to solve.A company was incorporated in 1999.A company is listed in Shenzhen in 2010.A company is the market leader in the field of China’s railway traffic safety monitoring.Recently it is faced with the problem of risk management of railway communication system integration project,so it is of theoretical and practical significance to study this problem.In this case,it first elaborated the research background and significance.Second,the article combs the research process and methods.Then the article summarizes the characteristics of risk management and practical significance.This paper discusses the risk identification,risk assessment and risk response of China’s railway communication system project.The article focuses on the analysis of company A’s railway communication system integration X project,including the project background,characteristics,objectives and so on.The article conducts risk management research on X projects,including risk management planning,risk identification,risk assessment and risk response and monitoring.According to the risk characteristics of the railway communication system integration project,the project risk management is planned.This paper combines the expert judgment,probability and risk matrix and other methods to qualitatively analyze the risk.On this basis,the use of analytic hierarchy process to risk assessment,risk weight and risk level and risk response strategies.Finally,the project monitoring measures were put forward.
