With the metro trains coming into the overhaul period in many cities of our country,many problems in the maintainability design of metro bogies are exposed in the operation and maintenance process.The main reason is that the maintainability design needs to use a lot of fault,maintenance knowledge or data,which are usually not stored in the design related system,resulting in the data is not easy to transfer.Therefore,it needs a system that can timely feedback the fault,maintenance related knowledge or data,and can effectively integrate and express the fault,maintenance knowledge and design knowledge through the system,so as to support the maintainability design activities of metro bogie.In this paper,in order to support the maintainability design of metro bogie,aiming at the above problems,we will study how to determine the components of the maintainability design of metro bogie and how to carry out the maintainability design activities.The main contents are as follows:(1)Determine the weight of bogie parts based on demand analysisBased on the maintainability requirements of the metro bogie,starting from the requirement analysis stage,and based on the correlation between the components and requirements of the bogie,the importance of the components is determined to provide a reference for the subsequent determination of the key components of the bogie maintainability design.(2)Determining the key parts of bogie maintainability design based on DFMEAIn the process of design,DFMEA analysis has been carried out for the determined parts,and the improvement demand degree of the parts is calculated by combining the maintainability knowledge,so as to determine the parts needed for maintainability design in the bogie,analyze the relevant maintainability knowledge and put forward the improvement ideas.(3)Construction of prototype system of bogie knowledge base for maintainability designThis paper studies the transformation technology from bogie design BOM to maintenance BOM,and solves the problem of data transmission by building the mapping relationship between BOMs,so as to ensure the consistency of data and facilitate the maintainability design of metro bogie.(4)Development of bogie maintenance knowledge base for maintainabilityResearch and develop the bogie knowledge base for maintainability design to realize the effective management of design and related fault and maintenance knowledge.In this paper,through the research of the above contents,a prototype system of bogie knowledge base for maintainability design is built.The prototype system can assist designers to determine the key components that need to be designed for maintainability.In addition,the corresponding maintenance BOM can be generated through the pre established design BOM in the system,and the relevant maintainability knowledge of each component can be acquired through the BOM node.
