Research On Vitality Evaluation And Renewal Strategy Of Ancient City Street Based On Sharing Concept

As the basic unit of urban public space,the street is one of the most concentrated and representative carriers of urban life.With the rapid development of urbanization in our country and the increasing emphasis on urban renewal and historical protection,the protection and renewal of ancient city streets in many historical and cultural cities face a series of challenges: traffic congestion is unbalanced,street styles are subject to constructive destruction,and infrastructure Urgent improvement is needed,and social conflicts are becoming more and more complicated.The public life and vitality of traditional streets are gradually moving away.At the same time,with the proposition of the "Five Development Concepts",the sharing concept serves as a starting point and a foothold,which has become an important way to improve the quality of the city and improve the urban environment.It is also a key measure to promote the inclusive development of the city and stimulate the vitality of the city.In order to better realize the inclusive development path of ancient city streets and explore the influencing factors that affect the vitality of ancient city streets,this paper summarizes from macro to micro through practical research on the development of street theory at home and abroad,street vitality evaluation,shared street and urban vitality,A four-dimensional evaluation system of ancient city streets including economic vitality,social vitality,cultural vitality and environmental vitality.Combined with the theoretical development of the sharing concept,integrated into the vitality evaluation system,the sharing is used as an important indicator to measure the vitality of the ancient city streets in the new period.Through empirical research on the streets of Jianshui ancient city in Yunnan Province,after several investigations and field surveys,the development context and street characteristics of Jianshui ancient city were analyzed,and three typical streets were screened out to evaluate the vitality of the ancient city streets.Through the evaluation of typical streets,it is found that the overall vitality of comprehensive business-oriented streets is relatively high,the vitality indicators of culturally-displayed streets are the most balanced,and the life-serviced streets have outstanding highlights in terms of social vitality.And to sum up the current development problems of the ancient city streets under a shared perspective:(1)The predicament of live inheritance under improper protection and utilization of cultural resources;(2)The loss of traditional public life under over-commercialization and gentrification;(3)Difficult transportation and infrastructure construction under limited stock space;4)The issue of distribution and sharing of street development rights and interests with shallow public participation.Based on the understanding and mining of the connotation of sharing concepts,drawing on excellent domestic and international planning practices,four strategies for updating the ancient city streets are proposed:(1)public space communication strategies to promote crowd sharing;(2)efficient traffic strategies to improve sharing of road rights(3)Advocate a flexible management model strategy for time and space sharing;(4)Build a shared public participation platform strategy.In order to provide inspiration for the development of similar ancient streets.
