Study On The Developmet Strategy Of YD Company

YD company is located in Qinhuangdao Economic and Technological Development Zone.It is a high-tech enterprise supported by national policies.How to use the existing technical advantages to form the overall competitive advantage of the company,so as to continuously obtain a larger market share,has become the focus and core of this paper.The purpose of strategic management is to grasp and create new opportunities for enterprises in the future.In the global economic environment of fierce competition,under the serious impact of the new crown epidemic,an enterprise must formulate a development strategy matching with the enterprise to form its unique core competitiveness and maintain its competitive advantage in the long run.If YD company wants to seek greater development in today’s environment,it needs to formulate a scientific and reasonable development strategy and continue to lead the company.In order to provide a reference for the development strategy of Qinhuangdao local small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises,this paper takes YD company as an example for strategic analysis.Through the analysis of external environment and internal environment,several factors affecting the development of the company are obtained.AHP is introduced into the weight determination.The SWOT-QSPM model is used for qualitative and quantitative analysis.Nine optional strategies are matched by qualitative analysis of SWOT model.The nine optional strategies are comprehensively scored by using QSPM matrix.Finally,five strategies with the highest score are selected as YD company’s development strategy.Finally,the paper expounds the strategy implementation guarantee from the perspectives of human resources,system,corporate culture and performance management.
