| The thesis selects the Confucius Temple historical district as the research object,and explores the process,mechanism,periodic results and space use evaluation of its place construction.The Confucius Temple Historic District is a cultural card for the development of Nanjing and a typical space for the renewal of the old city.This article attempts to explore the following questions by combing the renewal activities after the reform and opening up of the Confucius Temple: How did the Confucius Temple become the state it is today? What are the localities displayed in the different stages of its update,and which dynamic mechanisms are dominated by them? How do space users evaluate the locality of Confucius Temple? What are the similarities and differences between the local views of producers and consumers,and how to treat them? This article is divided into five parts.The first part(chapters 1 and 2)reviews the domestic and foreign research on the theory and practice of place construction,introduces the new Marxist spatial production theory and the research theory in human geography,and puts the emphasis of the construction of place on different stages Based on the analysis of the dynamic mechanism and the discussion of its dynamic characteristics and difference characteristics,the theoretical analysis framework for the construction of historical districts was sorted out to prepare for the subsequent research.The second part(Chapter 3 and Chapter 4)first introduces the background of urban development since the reform and opening up and the renewal activities and typical development stages of Confucius Temple districts;then,it introduces the recent years from the perspective of physical space renewal and commercial space renewal The typical case of Confucius Temple renewal analyzes the way of place construction under the leadership of government enterprise.The third part(Chapter 5),through questionnaire surveys and interviews to understand the evaluation of space users on the Confucius Temple district,build a place evaluation model,and propose a place construction based on spatial perception-local identity from the perspective of space consumers mechanism.The fourth part(Chapter 6)discusses and comments on the place construction of Confucius Temple districts from the perspectives of dynamic characteristics and differential characteristics.First,it analyzes the construction representation,results and dynamic mechanism of different places in the reconstruction period,scenic spot upgrade period,cultural and educational transformation period,and compound promotion period.Then it discusses the results of differentiated place evaluations of space use subjects of different classes and different territorial sources,and proposes four dynamic mechanisms of spatial capitalization,cultural capitalization,cultural symbolization and consumption segmentation,which lead to differences in place evaluation and production-consumption The value of the stage focuses on misalignment.The fifth part(Chapter VII)summarizes the full text and discusses the deficiencies and improvement directions of the existing research. |
