With the rapid development and wide application of new information technology,a new wave of industrial reform has come.In the field of construction engineering,it has become a research trend to transform the traditional construction management methods by means of science and technology.As a bran-new management concept,intelligent site aims to fully integrate advanced information technology such as BIM,cloud computing,big data,Internet of things and intelligent equipment with construction site management practice,so as to improve the level of project management and realize intelligent management and control of construction site.Due to the novelty and prospectiveness of the intelligent site,the theoretical research and practical application of the intelligent site are still in the exploratory stage.Therefore,in order to better understand and promote intelligent site,this paper will try to build a huge system of intelligent site from the perspective of system,analyze the relationship between the components of intelligent site system,and explore how to evaluate intelligent site in practice.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the research about the concept of intelligent site,the definition and characteristics of intelligent site are put forward.Combined with the method of literature research,policy research and case studies,this paper analyzes the main content about management system,technical system and organization system of intelligent site and then builds the whole complex system,designs the overall framework of the intelligent site system,puts forward intelligent site system has the function of plan-monitoring-analysis.(2)Using DEMATEL-ISM method to analyze the interaction relationship between the components of intelligent site system,the approach of expert investigation to collect relevant data is used,and the DEMATEL-ISM structural model to implement of the intelligent site system is obtained by matrix calculation.The components of the system are divided into three levels of input-process-effect,based on the model analysis results,then the relevant suggestions on the implementation of the intelligent site system are put forward.(3)According to the intelligent site system,the evaluation indexes of three dimensions including technical facilities,management application and organizational mechanism are determined.The ANP method and SD software are used to calculate the weights of evaluation indexes.On the basis of the existing technical standards of intelligent site and the aforementioned research results,evaluation content about intelligent site is proposed and the classification standard is defined.Based on the established evaluation method of intelligent site,Nanjing International Expo Center Phase Ⅲ project is evaluated,and finally some reflections on the application of intelligent site evaluation criteria are put forward.The construction of intelligent site mode is of great significance to the innovation of construction management mode and the sustainable and healthy development of construction enterprises,and it is the future development direction of the construction industry.This paper for the in-depth study and application of intelligent site has important theoretical and practical value.The research results will provide helpful ideas for the construction enterprises to introduce and use advanced information technology,reliable basis for the government management department to identify and evaluate intelligent site,theoretical guidance for construction site management to move towards intelligence gradually.
