Research On Diversified Development Strategy Of Construction Enterprises Based On Core Competitiveness

The construction industry is one of the important basic industries in China’s national economic development.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s urbanization development level,the construction industry has ushered in a period of rapid development,the number of enterprises and GDP have maintained a stable growth,the competition among enterprises has also begun to develop in depth,the market share of construction oriented central enterprises has been increasing,and the development pressure of local construction enterprises has been under pressure Larger.In 2020,novel coronavirus pneumonia affected the construction industry and the growth of new contracts was facing greater uncertainty.Therefore,it is necessary to study how to improve the management of local construction enterprises through scientific development strategy under the new situation.Based on the theory of core competitiveness and the theory of diversified development,taking Shandong JG group as an example,this paper analyzes the diversified development strategy based on the perspective of core competitiveness,and evaluates the core competitiveness of Shandong JG group through expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process.The results show that the core competitiveness of JG group is in a good level and has the ability to implement diversified development based on core competitiveness The foundation of exhibition strategy.Based on the objective analysis of the motivation of diversified development of Shandong JG group,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of the diversification strategy of Shandong JG group,obtains the alternative development strategy sub plans of Shandong JG group by using SWOT analysis method,and evaluates the development strategy alternatives of Shandong JG group by using QSPM matrix.The results show that the diversification strategy is more in line with the actual situation of JG group,We should continue to promote the implementation of diversified development strategy.Finally,based on the core competitiveness,this paper puts forward the specific implementation ways from three aspects of business diversification,market diversification and technology diversification.In the aspect of business diversification,it is necessary to consolidate and upgrade the existing core business and extend the industrial chain around the core business;in the aspect of market diversification,it is necessary to optimize business marketing methods and develop overseas infrastructure construction business;in terms of technology diversification,it is necessary to strengthen technology accumulation and Innovation,guarantee the talent support of technological innovation,establish the transformation mechanism of R & D achievements,so as to improve the implementation effect of JG group’s diversification strategy.
