| China is the largest construction market in the world,and the market scale is expanding day by day.But at present,the construction engineering accidents in China are rising year by year,and the quality of engineering projects is delayed.At present,there are many control factors of construction project quality management,imperfect management system,mere formality,and the effect of quality management is not obvious,which still restrict the development of construction project quality management in China.The quality of construction project is directly linked with the safety of people’s life and property.Therefore,construction enterprises should take quality management as the most important task of project management.This thesis first introduces the significance and characteristics of EPC mode of project management,and through the comparative analysis with the traditional DBB mode,it is concluded that EPC mode has the advantages of short construction period,saving investment and so on,which is the mainstream contracting mode in the future engineering field.According to the influence stage of EPC project quality management,this thesis expounds the main work of EPC project quality management from three aspects of design quality management,procurement quality management and construction quality management.Taking company A as an example,this thesis analyzes the status quo of EPC project quality management of company A,which has transformed from traditional construction general contracting to EPC general contracting,and finds out the problems and deficiencies in EPC project quality management of company A.Then,according to the characteristics of EPC project management and the idea of collaborative management,and according to the situation of EPC project management of company A,some specific measures and methods to improve the quality management of EPC project are formulated,including the application of improving human management strategy,optimizing quality management system,introducing information management methods in EPC project quality management,Strengthen the supervision and inspection of procurement quality,and construct a complete construction disclosure procedure.These measures can help a company solve the problems existing in EPC project quality management.Finally,through case comparison and analysis,it is proved that after the change of EPC project quality management,the awareness of quality activities and team cooperation ability of company A have been enhanced constantly,and the owner has received praise from the owner.The cooperative management mechanism has been fully exerted,thus effectively improving the quality management level and core competitiveness of EPC project of company A.At the same time,this thesis also hopes to provide some reference and help for other construction units in EPC project quality management. |
