Green construction is an important way and key link to implement sustainable development strategies in the field of transportation construction.Green construction of expressways has become an inevitable development trend.The green construction of expressways helps to save resources and protect the environment,and is conducive to the healthy development of society.However,the development of green construction of expressways in China is still in its infancy.There are problems such as incomplete policies and regulations,backward green construction technology levels,and insufficient awareness of green construction,which have caused insufficient development momentum for green construction of expressways and failed to form a perfect dynamic mechanism.In addition,there are many stakeholders involved in the green construction of expressways,and their development is jointly affected by the stakeholders.Therefore,based on the existing theories and literature research,this paper studies the dynamic mechanism of expressway green construction development from the perspective of stakeholders.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The paper first identifies stakeholders that have a greater impact on the development of highway green construction: government departments,construction units,construction units,design units,supervision units,materials and equipment suppliers,and the public,and analyzes the respective stakeholders.And their role and role in the development of green construction.(2)From the perspective of stakeholders,through literature review and analysis,screen out 25 driving factors that promote the development of highway green construction.Relevant data was collected through questionnaires,and reliability and validity analysis and exploratory factor analysis were performed on the dynamic factors.The analysis results showed that the Cronbach’s coefficient was 0.937 and the KMO value was 0.894.The 25 driving factors are summarized into four factors,which are the level of green construction awareness,the level of green construction technology and management,the level of policy regulation and the level of economic benefits.(3)On the basis of exploratory factor analysis,the four subsystems of the system are identified,namely the consciousness subsystem,the technology and management subsystem,the policy regulation subsystem,and the economic benefit subsystem.The operating mechanism of each subsystem is analyzed to obtain the system’s causal circuit diagram.The system dynamics model of expressway green construction development subsystem and total system was constructed according to the causal circuit diagram.(4)Finally,a sensitivity analysis is performed on the state variables,constants,and table functions in the system,and five factors with high sensitivity are obtained:corporate green construction awareness,sustainable development requirements,standards and specifications,tax incentives,and government green Willingness to support construction,a detailed sensitivity analysis is performed,and countermeasures are proposed to improve the level of green construction development of expressways based on simulation results.
