| Under the background of new urbanization construction,the total amount of buildings in our country continues to grow,and the pressure on building energy consumption continues to increase.Therefore,the development and construction of energy-saving buildings is of great significance to sustainable development and ecological city construction.Passive building is a new type of energy-saving building,its low energy consumption and high standard design concept is recognized by countries all over the world,and our country also begins to vigorously promote and develop passive building.Compared with traditional construction project,passive construction project has a longer life cycle and a wider scope,and involve more complex management,technology,materials,etc.This also brings more risks to the construction of passive building.Based on this,the thesis combines the characteristics and risk characteristics of passive building to carry out the life cycle risk assessment research of passive building projects,which provides a reference for promoting the development of passive building our my country.Firstly,the thesis summarizes the research contents of passive building and risk assessment at home and abroad,expounds the connotation,characteristics and risk sources of passive building,and divides the whole life cycle of passive building project into five stages for risk assessment.Secondly,according to the characteristics and risk characteristics of passive building,referring to the risk assessment of green building,through the form of literature research and questionnaire,the whole life cycle risk identification of passive building project is completed,and the whole life cycle risk assessment index system of passive building project is established,which includes 5 first level indicators and 29 second level indicators.Based on these,the risk evaluation model has been gradually constructed,the index weight has been determined by the entropy weight method,and the comprehensive risk evaluation grade of the project has been obtained through multi-level extension evaluation.Finally,the entropy weight extension risk evaluation model of the whole life cycle of the passive construction project is applied to the actual passive construction case,and the risk grade is evaluated.The comprehensive risk evaluation grade of the project is general risk,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation.Corresponding prevention and control countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the risks of the project,which can provide reference for the life cycle risk assessment of other passive construction project. |
