The 19th National Congress of China clearly stressed the need to further promote the development of new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence and its application in the real economy,and actively promote the construction of smart society.On March 5,2021,Premier Li Keqiang pointed out to vigorously develop digital government and establish a comprehensive system of government data sharing.As one of the digital government tools,"smart water conservancy" is an indispensable part of the construction of smart city.It can promote the construction of smart water conservancy,and accelerate the pace of smart city construction.At the same time,it is also an important means to promote the modernization of water governance system and Governance capacityIn recent years,with the rapid development of economic society and urban construction,in order to achieve social sustainable development,water conservancy construction is playing an increasingly important role.Flood control,water quality,responsibility and management vary frequently,which forced us to apply internet to innovation in water supervision,so we can achieve the latest trends and deal with emergency.Applying and development of intelligent water conservancy can make huge contribution to flood control,water resource allocation,water quality supervision and water environment protection.Department of Jiangxi water conservancy has been constantly strengthening the construction of intelligent water conservancy and achieved remarkable results.This essay focus on the problems and deficiencies during the construction and development of intelligent water conservancy.On the basis of expounding relevant theories,the development status,stage results and main problems of intelligent water conservancy in Jiangxi Province are discussed.In recent years,the Jiangxi water conservancy system has thoroughly implemented the national water conservancy strategic deployment,closely centered on the work of the water conservancy center,comprehensively promoted the construction of water conservancy informatization,and implemented the key projects of the provincial water conservancy system in an orderly manner.Comprehensive information systems such as application and water conservancy informatization guarantee have strongly supported various water conservancy work and improved water conservancy management and service capabilities.The study found that Jiangxi’s “intelligent water conservancy” has five problems: incomplete information collection system,insufficient data resource sharing and application,limited smart application level,security system to be enhanced,and management level to be urgently enhanced.By analyzing the cause of the problem,Draw lessons from the construction experience of Fujian,Zhejiang,Jiangsu and other places to provide policy recommendations for promoting the construction of "smart water conservancy" in Jiangxi,and then provide lessons for other regions of the country to promote the development of " intelligent water conservancy ".According to research findings,the construction of intelligent water conservancy requires multiple measures: firstly,set an overall target;the second,share information and build a database;the third,improve administrative management;finally,analyze business and summarize demands for key promotions.
