| As one of the core of the national strategic equipment manufacturing industry,shipbuilding industry has high requirements for the control of construction quality and planning due to its characteristics of long construction cycle,frequent cross-field collaboration,high technology intensity and large capital input.It is a huge and complex systematic project,which is characterized by intensive knowledge and complex technology.Although a large amount of explicit and tacit knowledge has been generated in the field of ship design at present,the systematic effectiveness and standardized management of such knowledge are insufficient,and the design knowledge is scattered in the local storage and mind of designers,making it difficult to play a role,which is not conducive to the improvement of design ability and innovation ability.With the promotion and implementation of China’s industrial digitalization and digital industrialization strategies,how to improve the knowledge management level of ship design companies more effectively is an important topic.Around the topic of Research on Optimization Strategy of Knowledge Management in X Ship Design Company,the relevant concepts of knowledge management used in this paper are firstly defined,such as the components and influencing elements of knowledge management,and the relevant concepts of ship design knowledge management are elaborated according to the nature of the research enterprise,so as to clarify the object and scope of the research in this paper.Secondly,this paper summarizes the literature related to enterprise knowledge management,sorts out the research results of enterprise knowledge management at home and abroad,and reviews the previous researches related to enterprise knowledge management.This paper through the literature research method,questionnaire survey methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis,sort out the company knowledge management factors in the classification of the dominant knowledge resources and the classification of the tacit knowledge resources,knowledge management behavior constitute the knowledge application and innovation,and influence the culture environment of knowledge management organization system of cognitive behavioral techniques to implement four environmental elements,and so on.In terms of the design of the survey questionnaire,by drawing on the theoretical paradigm of knowledge management,combining with the characteristics of the ship design industry and under the advice of knowledge management experts,it has been continuously modified and tested,and finally formed the knowledge management survey interview outline and knowledge management survey questionnaire of X Ship Design Company.Through the on-site communication with the management of X Ship Design Company,interviews with different emphases were conducted at the senior management level and the department head level,so as to objectively and comprehensively understand the understanding and requirements of the management on knowledge management of the company.Survey questionnaire is divided into research object data and knowledge management ability level of two parts,including knowledge management ability questionnaire based on knowledge acquisition and application of knowledge management innovation of the three elements and affect the operation of knowledge management system of the cultural environment of organization behavior cognitive and technical implementation of the four elements that influence the design,so it is concluded that the company’s stage of the knowledge management level.A total of 66 questionnaires were sent out in the form of electronic questionnaires.Questionnaire answers within 3 minutes were regarded as invalid.Finally,58 valid questionnaires were obtained,with an effective rate of 87.9%.In order to verify the reliability of the data,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data were analyzed by SPSS software.Among them,Kronbach’s Alpha coefficient was 0.903,indicating that the data of the questionnaire sample were reliable.Through the evaluation of knowledge management in the survey data of X Ship Design Company,it is concluded that the overall evaluation of the company’s knowledge management ability is low and it is still in the initial stage of the level of knowledge management ability.Further,the score of the questionnaire survey data is sorted out according to the three main factors of knowledge management ability,and combined with the interviews of middle and senior managers on knowledge management,this paper proposes the following four problems in the knowledge management of X Ship Design Company:(1)The enterprise knowledge management cultural atmosphere is not strong;(2)The enterprise knowledge management mechanism does not meet the demand;(3)Employees’ cognition of knowledge management is not strong;(4)lacks of specialized knowledge management system platform.Based on these results and the reasons behind,this paper proposes the optimization strategy that X Ship Design Company needs to implement in knowledge management:(1)Improve the knowledge management cultural atmosphere f enterprises,namely,for provide a good external environment for the continuous improvement of knowledge management ability,by shaping a shared vision,give full play to the typical exemplary role of role models,set up cross-department learning teams,etc.(2)Promote the realization of the needs of enterprise knowledge management: namely,promote the virtuous cycle of knowledge management process,optimize the evaluation and feedback mechanism.(3)Strengthen the talent incentive that affects the knowledge management ability of enterprises: namely,enhance employees’ recognition of knowledge management,increase the introduction of high-level talents,improve employees’ knowledge management ability,implement the people-oriented concept,etc.(4)Improve the protection mechanism of knowledge management system: namely,establish knowledge base,improve the attractiveness of the system,effectively realize knowledge sharing,precipitation and accumulation of post experience,etc.And further put forward the guarantee measures for the optimization of knowledge management of X Ship Design Company:(1)Create the cultural atmosphere of knowledge management cognition;(2)Set up the organization for the realization of enterprise knowledge management requirements;(3)Strengthen the talent incentive that affects the knowledge management ability of enterprises;(4)Improve the protection mechanism of knowledge management system.The conclusion of this paper can provide effective reference opinions for the knowledge management optimization of X Ship Design Company,with a view to providing effective reference value for the knowledge management optimization strategy of Chinese ship design enterprises or other related enterprises. |
