| In recent years,the new energy automobile industry has achieved blowout development in China,and its holdings in China ’s automobile market have gradually expanded.Whether from the number of blowout development or strategic significance of the height of ascension,we can see that electric vehicle is the core industry of future development.Faced with the huge demand for talents in the development of the industry,vocational colleges actively set up new energy vehicle related majors to meet the development direction and development needs of the automotive industry.However,in fact,due to the change of human resource structure of new energy vehicles,there are practical problems such as talent gap and talent training docking.In order to face the impact of the development of emerging industries and market upgrading on the development of vocational education,accelerate the pace of vocational education in the new era.From the national level deployment of vocational education reform,put forward the implementation of 1 + X certificate system,expand students ’ skills,training compound technical and skilled personnel,service needs,alleviate the employment contradiction of vocational college students.Under the background of 1 + X certificate system,vocational colleges,as the main body of vocational skill level certificate pilot,realize the integration of courses and certificates and reconstruct the curriculum system is the key.Starting from the implementation of relevant documents,this paper explores the path of course certificate integration by studying the logical relationship between X certificate standard and teaching standard of new energy vehicle application and maintenance specialty.The purpose is to design a set of curriculum system for the application and maintenance of new energy vehicles in secondary vocational schools,so that secondary vocational school personnel training can better serve the needs of the new energy vehicle industry.This paper clarifies the main employment direction of secondary vocational students through market research,and then conducts targeted research on the aftermarket of new energy vehicles to understand the setting and demand of corresponding enterprise positions,clarify the necessity of professional setting and course certificate integration of new energy vehicles.Through school research,to understand the problems existing in the school curriculum system and the implementation of the course certificate and the difficulties,put forward and determine the curriculum system reconstruction program.Through the interpretation of the first four batches of professional skill certificates related to automobile specialty and the one-to-one correspondence between the certificate standards and the contents of the traditional curriculum system,the curriculum matrix of certificate standards is established.Discuss the relationship between curriculum and curriculum,curriculum and talent training goal,establish the corresponding relationship between academic certificate and vocational skill certificate,school and enterprise,specialty and professional post,curriculum and technology.We should focus on the construction of curriculum system for the integration of curriculum and certificate,and design electric vehicle motor system detection and maintenance course.and develop and construct supporting teaching resources,so as to provide reference for the design of curriculum system for the integration of curriculum and certificate for other majors. |
