| As a new economic form supported by knowledge,technology and culture,the cultural and creative industry is gradually becoming an important part of the urban diversified industrial structure.It has not only become one of the important driving forces for economic growth and urban development,but also changes urban space and Social form.After the rapid development of the industrial economy,the traditional manufacturing industry has shifted to lower-cost areas.As a result,historical building spaces such as urban villages,old factories,and old wharves have been left in economically developed cities.The renewal of these urban spaces requires industrial transformation and upgrading to improve land use efficiency.Under the current development background,cultural and creative industries have become an important choice for promoting economic growth and stimulating the vitality of old buildings.While the cultural and creative industries stimulate the spatial vitality of villages,there has also been a conflict between the spatial needs of the cultural and creative industries and the status quo.The traditional village pattern can no longer meet the needs of the creative class for space and service facilities.This article takes villages implanted in cultural and creative industries as the research object,and selects Dafen Village in Shenzhen and Xiaozhou Village in Guangzhou as cases.The cultural and creative industries of the case are analyzed from the three levels of cultural and creative industry composition,horizontal distribution characteristics and architectural space characteristics.Analyzing the spatial characteristics,it is concluded that the cultural and creative industries have caused the following main problems to the original village space: the spatial structure of the village has changed and the industrial layout is chaotic;the proportion of commercial functions is unreasonable,which is not conducive to sustainable development;The public activity space is compressed and the carrying capacity is too large;The architectural renovation destroys the texture of the village and reduces the quality of the space.Secondly,this article summarizes the four dimensions of industrial layout,supporting facilities,public space,and architectural space through a questionnaire survey on the basic characteristics and behavioral characteristics of the creative classes in the two villages.These four dimensions deeply explore the spatial needs of the creative class;in addition,combined with the evaluation of the impact of the original villagers on the cultural and creative industries,construct a harmonious village space renewal strategy for migrant workers and local villagers under the guidance of cultural and creative industries: Promotion The strategy of mixed land use for industrial clusters;The collaborative strategy of public facilities to enhance the efficiency of use;The shared design strategy of public space that actively creates a creative atmosphere;The strategy of combined use of architectural space that enhances creative expression.In order to realize the vitality of the village through the cultural and creative industry,the revitalization of the village industry,and the realization of the revitalization of the village. |
