Abstract/Summary:
Prefabricated buildings are of innovative significance in production methods and are an important way to save energy and reduce emissions in building production,and their development prospects are very broad.Compared with traditional buildings,the component production process is unique to prefabricated buildings.In the production process of prefabricated building components,the curing link of concrete components is the link with the highest energy consumption.Therefore,the factors affecting maintenance energy consumption are It is very necessary to analyze and study the energy consumption optimization of the existing maintenance system.This article first defines the calculation range of steam curing energy consumption and makes basic modeling assumptions according to the energy consumption characteristics of each period of steam curing.Combined with the existing research results,the calculation method of energy consumption of steam curing is determined,the calculation program is compiled by using MATLAB,and the calculation model of energy consumption of steam curing is established.The energy consumption of the steam curing system of a component factory in Beijing was simulated and analyzed,and compared with the actual energy consumption value.The results show that the difference between the simulated data and the actual data is within ±10%,which verifies the accuracy of the steam curing energy consumption calculation model,and provides a theoretical basis for the study of the factors affecting maintenance energy consumption.Secondly,the paper analyzes the influence of the enclosure structure,the environmental temperature,the insulation layer in the component,curing process,production volume and other factors(equipment difference and management level)on the curing energy consumption by using the research method of simulation calculation,field test and investigation.Through the research on the enclosure structure of the curing silo,the results show that the energy consumption of curing in the curing silo with canvas as the enclosing structure is about 63%~70% higher than that of the vertical curing silo.Research on the ambient temperature shows that the average curing energy consumption in winter with lower ambient temperature is about 55% higher than that in summer with higher ambient temperature.Simulation calculations for components with insulation layers show that the energy consumption of curing for sandwich insulation exterior wall panels(with insulation layer in the components)is about 36%larger than that of interior wall panels(with no insulation layer in the components).The research on the curing process shows that the average curing energy consumption of the flat form curing process is about 16 times that of the standing form curing process.Through studying the influence of production volume on curing energy consumption,the results show that the energy consumption of curing decreases with the increase of production volume,and the curing energy consumption of the fixed formwork production line is about 80% higher when the production volume is the smallest than when the production volume is the largest.The energy consumption of curing at the minimum production volume of the automatic production line is about 6% higher than that at the maximum production volume.By studying the influence of other factors on the energy consumption of curing,it is known that advanced equipment and scientific management can reduce the average energy consumption of curing of components.Finally,taking a component factory as an example,this paper proposes an energysaving plan to establish a solar-assisted boiler steam generation system and optimize the enclosure structure of the maintenance warehouse,and then analyze the energysaving effects and economic and environmental benefits of the energy-saving plan.The results show that the optimized steam curing system can save 484.4 tons of standard coal each year,and at the same time can produce considerable economic and environmental benefits.
