In recent years,under the background of accelerating urbanization,China’s construction industry has sustained and stable development,but there are still problems such as incomplete industrial structure and unbalanced development in the industry chain of China’s construction industry.It is of great significance to accurately measure the maturity of the construction industry chain and find out the relevant influencing factors for the scientific formulation of relevant policies such as regional industrial structure adjustment and industrial upgrading,and to give full play to the comprehensive advantages of the regional construction industry.First of all,based on literature research and extensive investigation,this paper comprehensively analyzes the relevant subjects of the construction industry chain,and systematically studies the structure composition,product composition and node participants of the construction industry chain.Based on four dimensions of scale maturity,market maturity,technology maturity and development maturity,a complete maturity measurement index system of construction industry chain is designed,and a scientific maturity measurement model of construction industry chain is constructed by using entropy weight method,network analytic hierarchy process(ANP),ideal solution approximation method(ANP-TOPSIS)and other methods.Then,based on the effective statistics,by the National Bureau of Statistics official website,the ministry’s website,China statistical yearbook and other channels,31 provinces and cities in our country in 2019(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)related indicators data acquisition,all-round application measure model,measure for construction industry chain maturity of provinces and cities,and comparative analysis.Finally,the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of the maturity development of the construction industry chain in 31 provinces and cities(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)were studied by using the spatial Dupin model,and the key factors affecting the maturity level of the construction industry chain in each region were identified and analyzed.The maturity measurement results of China’s construction industry chain show that there are obvious regional differences in the development level of the construction industry chain in different provinces and cities,showing a ladder distribution.The eastern and coastal regions are obviously better than the western and central regions.This research conclusion accords with the actual current situation of the development of construction industry in China,to prove the effectiveness of the construction industry chain maturity measure model,in addition,China’s construction industry chain maturity space difference is bigger,and the obvious features of space agglomeration,with the local economic development level,science and technology foundation and construction is closely related to firm size.This paper comprehensively analyzes the development level and influencing factors of China’s construction industry chain maturity,which provides a scientific basis for the formulation of relevant strategies for the optimization of China’s construction industry structure and collaborative development.
