Under the background of the 13 th five-year national key R&D Program "green building system inheriting Chinese architectural context in economically developed areas",this paper takes residential buildings and its educational supporting facilities in hot summer and cold winter areas as the research object, takes the thermal performance problems of building facade language expression as the guidance, and focuses on the "Research on facade window opening problem based on performance requirements".In the selection of technical measures for thermal performance, practical problems with application, engineering and purpose are studied. In this paper,a large number of data, norms, network, field research are carried out on residential buildings and educational supporting facilities in hot summer and cold winter areas.Through the study of practical projects, problems related to "green building" are found.Using the method of computer simulation, combined with the performance of energy consumption, air temperature, ventilation, day lighting, shading, etc.,the thermal performance design strategy of building envelope structure participating in facade expression is explored. The first part is the introduction, which is the first chapter of this article. It mainly introduces the research background, research object and content, research purpose and significance of the article, analyzes and compares the domestic and foreign research overview, summarizes the research methods, subject research framework and research framework of this article. The second part is the investigation, which is the second chapter of this article. It mainly collects data on residential buildings, kindergarten buildings, primary and secondary school buildings, analyzes relevant specifications, summarizes construction drawings, journals and other materials, and selects online questionnaire surveys and fieldwork.Visiting surveys, engineering staff consulting surveys and other methods are used to summarize and find out the issues related to the theme of the article in the researched building, and then draw the research focus of this article to provide a basis for the following research. The third part is the core research, which is the third, fourth, and fifth chapters of this article. On the basis of the problems found in the second chapter, the basic model is established to respectively study the opening of the toilet in the residential building, the opening of the north corridor of the kindergarten building, and the eaves of the south corridor of the primary and middle schools.Chapter 3 conducts research on the problems of the existing unit-type toilets with generally too small windows, dark and humid, bacteria breeding, and poor air quality, and simulates the calculation of energy consumption changes, temperature changes, and wind speed changes caused by changing the size of the bathroom windows. To propose a design strategy.Chapter 4 addresses the problems of insufficient window opening and poor ventilation in kindergartens, respectively simulating the opening of high windows on the inner wall of different north sides, energy consumption, temperature and ventilation data under different window opening sizes and locations in the north corridor, which is more convenient for architects Combined with the design of the project, choose the most healthy combination of windows.Chapter 5 addresses the problem that corridors of primary and middle schools are prone to be wet and slippery by rain, which may cause safety hazards.Based on engineering experience,it is proposed to increase the width of the eaves and explore the limit value of eaves width that meets the requirements of lighting and energy-saving codes. The fourth part is the conclusion. It is the last chapter of this article. It summarizes the full text and points out the shortcomings in this article. The whole thesis contains about 40 000 words,133 pictures and charts.
