A Study On The Practice Of Adapting The Living Environment Of Tushan Village In Jinan For The Elderly

The article takes Tushan Village in Jinan City as a sample village,with the main purpose of studying the renovation of rural living environment for the elderly,and takes the elderly group as the service object.In the context of rural revitalization,the article aims to understand the current situation of elderly-friendly construction of rural living environment and find out the existing deficiencies of elderly-friendly construction of rural living environment.With the help of the collected domestic and foreign related materials,we study the mature theories and successful experiences on the renovation of the elderly,and focus on the existing shortcomings and defects,and look for solutions in the later research process.We will study and record the current situation of elderly-friendly construction in Tushan Village and the current living environment of the villagers,and summarize and analyze the results of the study to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the current situation in Tushan Village.A questionnaire survey was used to understand the concerns of the villagers and the general public about the elderly-friendly renovation of Tushan Village,and to provide reference for the ideas of the elderly-friendly renovation of the living environment in the future.The majority of the resident population in Tushan Village is elderly,accounting for more than half of the population,and the most frequently used places,public spaces and facilities in the village are for the elderly.The village has not yet set up a special elderly-friendly institution or elderly-friendly space,and there is a lack of elderly-friendly infrastructure.Although the village is basically covered by hardened roads,lighting and greening,the post-maintenance work has not been followed up in a timely manner.In response to the above problems,the following renovation methods are proposed: First,we should understand the general behavior and physiological needs of the elderly and carry out appropriate residential renovation according to the relevant norms and standards.According to the different needs of the three types of elderly people,namely the self-care elderly,the disabled elderly and the mentally handicapped elderly,we should propose a targeted renovation plan.Secondly,in line with the principles of low cost,low technology and low disturbance,the elderly housing should be retrofitted,and the space should be modified in conjunction with the relevant design codes and the behavioural habits of the elderly to ensure the feasibility of the retrofitting programme.Thirdly,we will add elderly-friendly details to the village environment and roads to increase the motivation of the elderly to go out and do activities.Fourth,if conditions allow,organize various recreational activities as a village group to enrich the leisure activities of the elderly.The article summarizes the ageing-appropriate renovation of the living environment of Tushan Village with the help of the example of ageing-appropriate renovation of the living environment of this kind of village,and provides universal ageing-appropriate renovation strategies for villages with similar backgrounds,situations and conditions as Tushan Village.The elderly-friendly transformation of rural living environment should be based on the elderly,taking their physiological and psychological needs as the transformation standard;based on the actual situation,the transformation process uses"add","change"and"subtract"to the existing environment,space and facilities.Based on the actual situation,the renovation process uses"add","change"and"subtract"to the existing environment,space and facilities,eliminating demolition and reconstruction to keep the cost of renovation to a minimum;based on the local situation,taking materials from the local area and turning waste into treasure.To improve the quality of rural elderly-friendly construction,improve the rural living environment,and provide a good foundation for the comprehensive development of the countryside.
