| With the continuous advancement of environmental governance,natural gas is one of the main energy sources of China’s modern clean energy system,and its policy continues to be positive.LNG natural gas heavy trucks have recently experienced explosive growth due to their advantages of clean and environmental protection and low fuel costs.New energy vehicle intelligent gas supply system R & D and manufacturing of low-temperature equipment and high-voltage equipment As the core business of AY Company,it coordinates and controls the upstream,downstream,supply and sales relations between suppliers and distributors to customers.Driving and driving control of the supply chain.This research starts with the relevant theoretical research of corporate strategy,analyzes the strategic role of supply chain management,and expounds the relationship between supply chain strategy and corporate strategy.Secondly,using PEST analysis,Porter’s five-force model and EFE matrix to analyze AY’s supply chain’s macro environment,industry environment,industry trends,threats and business opportunities and other external environmental factors;internal environmental factors analysis mainly uses IFE matrix from the enterprise basic The situation,customer and business model,supply chain overview,and core competitiveness were evaluated.Finally,SWOT matrix was constructed to analyze AY’s supply chain strategy.Then,based on SWOT and SPAN,AY’s development strategy and business strategy combination were determined.According to the guiding ideology of supply chain strategy selection,the supply chain strategy was matched with the company strategy,and the target orientation and company of AY’s supply chain strategy were clarified.The main competitive shortcomings in the supply chain have formulated strategic planning objectives and formulated supply chain strategic planning and extension strategies from five major areas: design strategy,manufacturing strategy,inventory strategy,lead time strategy,and supplier strategy.Finally,in the process of implementing AY’s supply chain strategy,according to the problems or obstacles that may arise in the implementation of the supply chain strategy,the key measures for the implementation of the supply chain strategy are formulated,and the process management and control capabilities,technological innovation capabilities,and organizational management capabilities are improved.Giving corresponding safeguards provides an important reference for AY’s future supply chain management. |
