Planning And Design For Rural Complex Of Canmei In Zhuzhou

Since “the 12 th Five-Year Plan”,the urban-rural construction has been transformed into a new rapid-development stage,and the rural renaissance is the important strategic target of urban-rural integration development.Rural areas in China are absolutely large,which have a broad development space.Due to the differences of the economic development,the rural areas have become the gathering places of“left-behind children” and “empty-nest elderly people”.However,all“peasant laborers”,“returned groups”,“left-behind children” and“empty-nest elderly people” are now synonymous with the rural areas.During the urban-rural construction,several problems should be solved by rural renaissance,rural-labor reservation and a favored entrepreneurial platform for them.Based on the business model methodology,the new“rural-synthesis” rural development pattern was proposed.The rural synthesis advocates enterprises to participate in for the combination of urban elements and rural areas,with the common construction from all people’s efforts,thereby to form the industrial transformation,promote the social development and additionally establish Chinese beautiful rural farms.This paper started from the concept of rural synthesis,anddesigned with Canmei Village in Zhuzhou as the actual landscape project of this task according to the characteristics and development mode of rural synthesis.The contents about this design were as follows:Based on the status,resources and land usage of Canmei Village in Zhuzhou,both its design scope and orientation were determined with the industrial-upgrading strategy proposed,thereby to further plan the functions,transportation,tourist route and public service facilities.The landscape plan and design project of rural synthesis of Canmei Village in Zhuzhou was divided into four functional regions including “Jingshui Reed Lake Region”,“Modern Agriculture Region”,“Valley & Plum Blossom Region” and “Rice Fragrance Rural Region”,and then the detailed landscape design was made for these four regions.This design aimed to make rural synthesis promote the traditional agriculture to be gradually transformed into the secondary and tertiary industry.To develop the rural areas into the organic-combination space entity with multiple industries and functions,which allowed people to recall their love towards the native land and relax.Additionally,it contributed to quickening the urban-rural economic intercourse as well as the economic developments of rural area.
