Research On The Communication Of Construction Workers’ Unsafe Behaviors From The Perspective Of Groups

In the practice of construction safety management in China,frequent recurrence of workers’ unsafe behaviors has always been a thorny issue,workers’ unsafe behavior has long been proved to have a strong correlation with construction accidents.The occurrence of safety accidents not only poses a great threat to the lives of workers,but also causes huge losses to economic development and social stability.Since construction workers are a special group of workers in China,they have the characteristics of highly dispersed operations,strong mobility,close regional connections,and low cultural quality.Once unsafe behaviors are formed,they are very easy to spread within the group.And the existence of this kind of spread has further expanded the potential safety hazards at construction sites in the construction industry.Therefore,paying attention to unsafe behaviors of construction workers from the group perspective and analyzing the transmission characteristics of unsafe behaviors can help block the transformation of individual behaviors to group behaviors,reduce the incidence and transmission rate of unsafe behaviors,and improve the level of safety management,and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.Starting from construction workers’ unsafe behavior,study various unsafe behaviors,establishes a spreading network of unsafe behaviors based on communication rules,and then analyzes the spreading process and efficiency of unsafe behaviors.The main work is as follows:This research first completes the identification of unsafe behaviors of construction workers on the construction site by reading relevant literature and field surveys and interviews,and compiles a list of unsafe behaviors based on the basic conditions of behavior spread.Based on the research results of previous scholars,an indicator system of factors affecting the spread of unsafe behaviors of construction workers was established,and the spread of various unsafe behaviors was quantitatively evaluated to determine the spread of various unsafe behaviors on the construction site.Then,based on the rules of behavior propagation,use Matlab software to simulate construction workers’ unsafe behavior propagation network,and introduce the influencing factors of propagation into the network model as parameters to simulate the propagation process of unsafe behaviors.Then analyze the risk level of unsafe behavior,the transmission intensity and the evolutionary law of transmission efficiency,and realize the exploration of the transmission process and internal mechanism.Finally,according to the rules and parameters of the unsafe behavior propagation network,starting from the network nodes and network edges,specific measures and reasonable suggestions are put forward for the prevention and control of the propagation of unsafe behaviors.
