| As a construction enterprise,BTBJ has gained a firm foothold in the market of its industry after nearly ten years of development.However,with the continuous improvement of market competition,enterprise reform has been further deepened.Problems such as imperfect enterprise management system and unreasonable employment mechanism have gradually become prominent,which have seriously affected the normal development of enterprises.Middle-level managers,as the executors and tactical makers of enterprise high-level decisions,play a key role in the daily operation of enterprises.Scientific and reasonable assessment of their performance and implementation of reward and punishment measures,to mobilize the middle management staff work enthusiasm,improve creativity,give full play to the role of subjective initiative is of great significance.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific and reasonable middle management performance appraisal system has become an important subject in front of BTBJ.This paper mainly studies the performance appraisal of middle-level managers(heads of functional departments)in BTBJ construction company.Since the establishment of the company,the development of a series of performance appraisal methods have made a certain effect,but the effect is not significant,did not play the real role of performance appraisal,there are still many problems,the urgent need for a scientific and reasonable middle management performance appraisal system.The research firstly combs the advanced thoughts and theories about performance management at home and abroad and summarizes the existing performance appraisal methods.Further analysis of BTBJ company’s current middle management performance appraisal system,summarize the existing problems and causes.On the basis of the full analysis and summary of the current situation,the paper analyzes the positions of middle managers,determines the key performance indicators,calculates the weight of each index,makes the performance evaluation table for middle managers and determines the assessment subject,and finally establishes the comprehensive performance evaluation model for middle managers.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the appraisal system,according to the implementation process of performance appraisal,the implementation opinions and matters needing attention are put forward from each link.The practical significance of the study lies in the design of a set of operable middle management performance appraisal system for BTBJ construction company,the implementation of the guarantee measures according to the characteristics of BTBJ company,to solve the company’s current problems in employment,human resources development.At the same time,the research results of this paper can be applied to the performance appraisal of middle managers in other construction enterprises,providing certain theoretical and practical reference for them. |
