With the increase of people's income and increasing attention to health,physical health management has gradually become a promising industry,and branch diagnosis,as a cutting-edge technology in health management,has become the main direction of the development of more and more medical enterprises.As the number of enterprises in this field increases,competition within the industry is becoming increasingly fierce.In the era of knowledge economy,human resource has become one of the important resources of enterprise development,to maximize human resources play the advantage of the enterprise management an important subject,performance appraisal as an important means of human resource management,is also engaged in molecular diagnostics business enterprises gain a foothold in the fierce market competition important tool.Middle managers are the communicators and executors of enterprise strategy,and shoulder the task of team building.Therefore,this group is not only the main force in enterprise human resources,but also the mainstay of enterprise development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the performance appraisal of this group.However,in some enterprises,there are some problems,such as insufficient attention to the performance appraisal of middle-level managers,unreasonable design of appraisal indicators,and formality of appraisal results.In this regard,this paper will take TLKJ company in Xi'an as a case,analyze the current situation of the company's performance appraisal of middle-level managers,summarize the existing problems,and explore the causes of the problems.Finally,on this basis,this paper puts forward the specific scheme of the redesign of the performance appraisal of middle-level managers of the company,and gives the implementation guarantee of the redesigned performance appraisal scheme.The main content of this paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance and research methods.The second chapter is the relevant theory and literature review,which mainly introduces the theoretical basis and existing research literature related to performance appraisal;The third chapter is the current situation and existing problems of performance appraisal of middle managers in Xi'an TLKJ company.This chapter focuses on the current situation,problems and reasons of performance appraisal of middle managers in Xi'an TLKJ company;The fourth chapter is the redesign of the performance appraisal scheme of middle managers of Xi'an TLKJ company.Combined with the previous analysis,this chapter puts forward the redesign scheme of the performance appraisal scheme of middle managers of the company,including the redesign objectives,principles and ideas,as well as the design of specific performance appraisal indicators;The fifth chapter is the safeguard measures for the implementation of the redesign scheme of performance appraisal for middle-level managers of Xi'an TLKJ company.This chapter puts forward the specific safeguard measures of the redesign scheme from the dimensions of organization guarantee,system guarantee,training and cultural guarantee;The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect.The research of this paper is expected to provide the basis for the reform of middle-level managers' performance appraisal scheme for Xi'an TLKJ company,promote the maximization of the human resource value of this group,achieve the ideal effect of giving full play to their talents,promote the full realization of the value of this group,and contribute the greatest value to the improvement of the competitiveness of the company.
