During the launch of the rocket,the rocket engine jets out a gas stream backward,acts on the launching platform,and generates a certain amount of pressure,stress,and vibration at the corresponding position.Due to the influence of these factors,there will be slight changes in the structure and performance of the launching platform,and it will also affect the initial disturbance of the remaining ammunition in the barrel.The launch dynamics theory shows that the initial disturbance has become the two main factors affecting the firing accuracy and firing density of the rocket launcher.Therefore,the measurement and analysis of these physical quantities are of great significance to quantify the impact of rocket engine gas flow.In this context,a dedicated modular test system is designed to measure the physical quantities such as acceleration,stress,pressure,and displacement produced by the solid rocket engine gas flow on the launch pad to meet the measurement requirements.This test system consists of a data acquisition module,an external communication module,a signal conditioning module,and a host computer.The data acquisition module includes the main control unit,power supply unit,human-computer interaction unit and data storage unit;the signal conditioning module is composed of an amplification unit and a filtering unit;the software of the host computer and the host computer are written based on the Lab VIEW and Keil u Vision5 platforms to implement each module Functions and coordination between modules.The data transmission method of this test system uses GPRS communication to implement the command sending and data transmission functions.Compared with traditional wired and wireless transmission methods,GPRS communication methods are almost free of distance restrictions and are less affected by the environment.At the shooting range and the transmission distance is limited,the GPRS communication method has great advantages.The test results show that the test system is practical,convenient,and portable.The hardware and software can meet the established design requirements,achieve the expected design goals,and have good working performance in actual tests.
