| Since the outbreak of COVID-19,living in a healthy environment and becoming a healthy person have become a common goal of social development.At present,we have begun to promote healthy China comprehensively,and the construction of healthy villages is in its infancy.The problems highlighted by the rural human settlements affect the villagers’ health to different extent,and the construction practice has strong regional differences.With the methods of the field investigation,the literature research,the interdisciplinary research and the comparative research,this study takes the rural human settlement of desert grassland area in Inner Mongolia as the research object to clarify the present problems of the rural human settlement,analyze the differences in the rural environment of different production modes,and put forward the optimized design for the houses,yards,streets and squares.This study will provide some practical reference for the construction of healthy villages of desert grassland area in Inner Mongolia.The main line of this study is to achieve physical health,mental health,moral health and social adaptation.On the basis of Sciences of human settlements and the Theory of healthy villages,the elements of rural human settlement which affect villagers’ health are divided into material environmental elements and non-material environmental elements.The villages in this area are compartmentalized into agricultural type,agriculture-animal husbandry type and animal husbandry type under the mode of production.And according to whether the villages have been planned and renovated,they are further divided into naturalgrowth villages and planning-development villages.This paper selects characteristic villages to analyze the present situation of the healthy construction of human settlement from material and non-material environmental elements,and obtains the main environmental problems that affect the villagers’ health in various villages,and discusses the commonness and difference of various rural environmental problems.The results show that the rural human settlement problems of agricultural villages and agricultural-animal husbandry villages are similar,and the main idea is to improve the quality in the future,while the animal husbandry villages are mainly to meet the demand of quantity.The common features of the environmental problems in the three types villages are as follows: lack of utilization of open space,poor courtyard environment,travel safety and environmental health problems caused by insufficient supply of infrastructure,inconvenient use caused by imperfect public service facilities,and problems of rural greening.And the differences of the environmental problems are reflected in the forms of common problems.In view of the present situation,aiming at meeting the villagers’ health needs and promoting their healthy behaviors,the paper puts forward that the optimization of residence and courtyard should make full use of regional resources,improve space security and convenience of facilities,pay attention to the function of greening regulation and embody national cultural elements,and give some design proposals from resource utilization,safety space design,convenient facility allocation,adding greening and following national elements.It emphasizes that the optimization of squares should ensure the space safe,the facilities complete and the greening pleasant,and the optimized squares should be safe,convenient and hygienic and could promote communication.It puts forward that the optimization of streets and alleys should follow the principles of ensuring smooth and safe travel,keeping the environment clean,creating pleasant green landscape and continuing the style of traditional village,and the renovation design should include the street function,road width,road material,facilities configuration,road greening,building along the street,space pattern,etc. |
